“We've been using RM pet care to walk our dogs for almost a year now. They're prompt, professional, always send us photos of the walk, but most importantly our dogs love them and you can tell they care about the dogs they look after. Highly recommend”

“We were so fortunate to find Nik in October 2022 when our new little puppy joined the family. Nik visited the house to meet our furry babies before embarking on their twice weekly walks. Nik was so friendly and we could tell within the first couple of minutes how much she really loves dogs and that our boys would be well looked after! Nik started a WhatsApp group with our family so we could all receive updates on where they had been and what they had done. We found this to be very reassuring whilst out at work knowing that the boys were having a great time. I must also add that Nik is fantastic at taking photos, and your little group chat will be filled with the most fabulous photos which you will love! Nothing was too much trouble for Nik and she will accommodate any changes to the routine where she can, which we all know can sometimes happen when you have a busy family and work life. I highly recommend Nik to anyone looking for a dog walker who is reliable, friendly, caring and compassionate. Thank you Nik for being so wonderful!”

“Great wee pet shop, it's got some really good dog food and the guy that works there is really knowledgeable about dog and cat stuff. Only bad thing is that a lot of the small animal supplies is actually unsuitable for most if not all small animals”

“Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.”

“Our pups B+M love their time with We love pets. They’ve visited for stay overs with their boarding service while we have been away and have had many walking sessions. We know they love their time with Kirsty and Matt as anytime we walk past them or their house our pups get extremely excited. It’s really comforting knowing B+M are with people they’re comfortable with and who obviously love animals. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.”

“Clare is amazing, has never let us down and my two dogs love when she comes in everyday. She plays with one and cuddles the other just how they like it and she also keeps us updated by sending photos and messaging us of how their day is going. So thankful we found her”

“Simon is brilliant - very courteous, always on time and great with dogs. My border terrier Bella is not the friendliest but Simon seems toknow what to do. Always helpful - he helped me out at very short notice without any fuss whatsoever! I would highly recommend Simon if you are looking for someone you can trust your pet to. “Saying THANK YOU is not enough for the service Amanda and Tony provides. We were going away for ten days for the first time since we have adopted Ruby more than two years ago. She is a sensitive and stressed senior girl around anyone new. Amanda reassured us prior our departure that everything will be fine and provided regular updates with pictures and videos through our stay. Ruby seemed to get used to with Amanda and Tony quickly, which demonstrates how caring and loving they are. When we have returned Ruby didn't seemed stressed and she look well looked after and happy. After all Amanda gave Ruby her favorite treats :). They have also ensured that our bins were moved in and out of the property for collection, and even potted up plant plugs when they were delivered while we were away and saved all the plants. I will definitely use South Oxon Pet Service again and will recommend anyone looking for affordable and the best pet service they can have by miles. Thank you both!”

“Our puppy just graduated from 'puppy university' and I can highly recommend the package (5 sessions over the period of 5-6 weeks) - not only did our puppy get slowly introduced to the grooming process, I have also been educated about dogs' anatomy/skin/fur/all aspects of hygiene. As a first time dog owner, this was invaluable - highly recommend! Elissa is professional and kind and clearly loves her dog customers!”

Instant peace of mind whenever we are away and always the most lovely photos/videos of our cats from her first visit to the last :) It is so clear that our pets get all the attention they need, even as outdoor pets that can sometimes be a challenge getting in for food [selective memory on 24hr cat flap access vs sunbathing/chasing anything that moves etc etc] the photos are great evidence that they are almost always back for Nicky's food tops up and loving affection.”

The peace of mind, to know our boy is loved and cared for in every way whilst we are away is very mush appreciated. He can’t wait to get in when he arrives, tapping on your door to be let in (yet he only does this at home to go out!!), to him wanting kisses and so eager to stay - we know this really is a home from home for our boy. He’s stimulated, brushed, fed, given so much love that going away we can enjoy our holidays rather than worry or rush home. The daily updates on social media are reassuring, and become a highlight of our day, waiting to see what action shot you got that day! We’d never think twice about where to send our energetic bulldog and look forward to him returning very soon for another break (we think he really feels like he is on holiday!!).”
