βWell weβre do I start ? After visiting 15 furniture stores across the midlands we were very disappointed with every one, my mom who suffers with arthritis wanted a suite that was firm and high which none of the furniture stores we visited had ,the staff were rude and not helpful β¦.. Then we came across this treasure trove of suites what a find as soon as we walked into the show room we were greeted by Joan who was one of the most helpful people around .Joan was very understanding of moms requirements.Also very knowledgable of the furniture she sells ,nothing was too much trouble.Mom bought a three and two seater settee also a king size mattress such amazing value but not skimping on quality .Joan advised she could put higher legs on the suite at an extra small fee the furniture was delivered within three days .plus the old suite was taken away by the delivery men who were very helpful.A winner all around a family run business that cares .Don't waste your time going around these big rip off furniture stores take a visit to this store .Not only suites they sell but mattress beds tables and chairs and lights /lamps every thing to suit everyoneβs budget Thank you for your service.Rob Towersey-Wright .β

βIt was my first time ordering from Papa Johnβs, and after reading some of the earlier reviews, I wasnβt sure what to expect β but I was completely wrong to worry! The delivery was fast, the food arrived piping hot and perfectly cooked, and our order was spot on with nothing missing. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. βPATIENTS ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE HUMAN RACE. The 5* rating is for the staff members, not Lloyds pharmacy as a company. I observed the patients of this chemist on a visit to the store & I have never seen such entitled humans in my life. No understanding, no care in the world for the dire situation the staff find themselves in, they expect everything to be done for them in an instant. The same people that will wait half an hour for a takeaway but refuse to wait for a prescription. Absolutely shameless, especially when the staff are doing all they can to help ensure nobody goes without medication by returning prescriptions to the spine etc. Staff take constant abuse from these so called patients that act like animals. The patients of this pharmacy need to take a long hard look at themselves & realise that the world doesn't revolve around them. Entitled idiots.β
