I am autistic and I do have ADHD. I am absolutely shocked how professional, kind and absolutely amazing they both were! The room was loud as there was other patients in the room, I told them that I am really struggling. Pam went and got us a quiet room. Both of them have been very supportive I cannot express enough how welcome and heard they made me feel. I must say I have not expected nor experienced such a great service and kindness! THANK YOU♥️”

However, I did notice that there are fewer counter staff than before, as some checkout lanes have been replaced with automated robots. While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. The dentist and dental nurses are kind, gentle, and informative.
