“We went here for the first time, the curry goat was mild/hot very tasty and my fav Oxtail was the same and the meat just fell off the bone! The portions were good, so definatly worth a visit. Location can be a bit tricky to park, as its on the main road, don't be put off by satnav directions as it may take you to the carpark, but then you have to walk to the main road, (parking signs on wall) then walk to the restaurant 2mins and its located upstairs. You will not be disappointed!”

“Ordered from their website and food arrived within half hr. Had phoned prior to ask if the veg curry and salt and pepper chilli mushrooms were vegan, as to which they were. My mom, brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Really tasty and will order again! :)”

“I've swerved this chippy for many years because I've heard so many things which aren't so great, but thought I'd check it out for myself today. All I got were chips, but they were lovely, hot, and fresh. I'm tired of all the battered Black Country style chips around here, so was nice to get some normal ones. Guess I've learned my lesson to not believe everything I hear.”

“I hadn’t used this place for years, I decided to grab my partner and myself a chow mien on Monday night. Me being a fussy so and so requested no prawns in my mixed chow mien. Sadly when I got home I unfortunately had prawns in my dish, at the time it was very disappointed but I called back and requested it was replaced. It was not convenient to replace at the time but two nights later I called and the lovely member of staff honoured her promise and replaced my meal. My partner had a veg chow mien, I had a mixed meat chow mien with curry sauce and we were both very impressed. When in Lichfield I would certainly use again!”

The staff were friendly and the shop was clean and welcoming. Everything was just perfect – from the quality of the meal to the excellent customer service. “If you know, you know. When you see classic in the name of one business, means cheap food. Was my first time buying food in this branch. And this classic have cheap food, and with a really good flavour. The price very affordable, the food is nice and the portion is a good. I had medium donner, chicken and chips, and mix Donner, eat in. They have one table for four persons. The place is really clean and you can see the staff job with the cleaning. The food is fresh, the place is nice and the staff have five stars for be so friendly. Absolutely I will back soon.”

The fish was cooked perfectly – crisp, golden batter on the outside and tender, flaky fish inside. Chips were hot, fluffy, and not greasy at all. Portions were generous, prices fair, and everything tasted freshly made. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Emmie, who gave great customer service. The place was spotless, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!”
