Very patient with my son, who's been complaining about his school shoes, it turns out they aren't the wrong size and gave us very good advise about helping stretch them out a little to stop the area of complaint rubbing anymore. Real credit to your team!”

“Absolutely top class service; so very helpful. Guided to shoes that would give me the support needed. The colour of one pair was not in stock, was ordered for delivery at home and with me within a couple of days. The other shoes were in stock and taken home. Trying shoes on (with help!) and feeling the comfortability is the way to go. Most pleased.”

“I would give this store more stars if I could. Their service is outstanding. I accompanied my brother, a middle aged man with learning difficulties to help him find hiking boots to aid with his difficulties walking on inward turning completely flat feet. He is already doing physio and being seen by MSK but his current shoes were not helping. We were met by Olly an intelligent, perceptive and kind young salesman who was determined to find my brother the very best boots for him. He had William's feet measured on their scanning machine and was gentle with my brother when he did not stand in the right place at first. As it happened the very first boots Olly brought over were the ones. My brother's gait was immediately and significantly improved. These were also the ones my brother found most comfortable. Not all salespeople provide good service to people with learning difficulties but Olly was exemplary. He always addressed questions directly to my brother and was patient and considerate. Thank you for all of your help. My brother often finds shopping stressful, but not today. He is delighted with the new boots.”

I have several gorgeous hoodies and a jumper from them, they are washing well and give me that feel good feeling of a special garment every time I wear them. I love it that they are a bit different and have that cool Brighton vibe. Can’t wait to get another garment soon!”

“What an amazing shop Daisy Daisy I ordered an Albee bee but unfortunately it got stolen from outside my house so I contacted them to say what happened and said they would contact Royal mail and said the bad news was they had sold out but one of the girls had put one to oneside and no longer wanted it so sent me it in the post came within 2 days what an amazing thing to do. My granddaughter is so happy and I can't thank them enough would recommend them to everyone buying a Jellycat 5 star service.”

“I went to Clarks in crawley last saturday to get some school shoes for my sister, and it was pleasant there. The store was clean, the workers there were kind and helpful, and the fitting service was even better. A worker there called Amar was the most helpful, he helped find the best pair of shoes, size and all, quickly and conviniently. All round the customer service was amazing”

The very friendly member of staff was helpful in locating size 13 trainers that were on the shelf and checking on the system if a steel-toe cap trainer was available in 13 too. A very good store. “I go in this shop now and then they alway do special offers in their and prices are reasonable at the moment they have a great number of xmas items on the shelves all different Santa's elves reindeer i bought a small data figure and another santa soap dispenser only £2.50 and the other figure £3 would make great presents for people the store has a mixture of clothes toys cologne after shave perfumes kitchenalia sweets etc the shop is on ground level the girl that served me was so helpful and smiling naturally seemed to enjoy her job....Easy access to shop but parking can be a bit tricky but apart from that all very good.”

“Finally visited the shop in person, and they had a great end of year sale going on! High quality, long lasting and stylish shoes and boots... I love the airseal shoes and boots particularly. The material breathes and wears just like leather, but nothing died to make them! I've tried other brands, but these are a million times better and can be re-soled (if they ever wear out). Would love to see some airseal stack soles shoes.”

Though the selection is somewhat limited, most of the gear is of very high quality, and with roughly the same price as elsewhere whether that is in store or online.”

“I needed some cheap shoes to wear for the next few months, and I found what I wanted in less than 3 minutes. The stores is organised well and the staff are friendly. The shoes themselves are a little rough at the back, but they can easily be modified to be comfortable. Will go back again.”
