“Great Tesco with a huge range of food. Use daily as it’s a short walk from work. Fresh salad bar is great for a healthy lunch, staff have always been very helpful and the petrol station is a bonus for getting all the chores out the way in one go. Highly recommended. Hairdressers, WHSmith,pets corner, Holland & Barret and Costa are all under the same roof too.”

I was on the phone to Green Flag to get the car sorted out and they needed the postcode. So I spoke to a member of staff who gave us the details and then offered us free hot drinks for me and my little girl. I run a business and we hold customer service at the core of our business, as do this outlet. Thank you so much for making our day more bearable. Exceptional customer experience.”

“I ordered an upright air compressor along with hose and digital tyre gauge. Prices were cheaper than I could buy off Ebay or Amazon. Very fast delivery and arrived on day stated. Compressor is better quality than I expected and although its bigger than I thought it would be, it's foot print is small due to being upright. Extremely happy with purchase and would buy from again in future.”

“I turned up here today with a bin bag of shredding and I hadn’t removed any of the staples from a huge sack of paperwork. Despite it probably being incredibly annoying for her the woman who served me was really helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, and I promise I will take out the staples next time before I bring it in!”

“I was here on 05/06/23. My husband bought petrol, then we went to an appointment. After the appointment, I had notifications from my bank saying hundreds of pounds had gone out instead of the correct amount. HOWEVER, this did turn out to be a glitch in the banking app, which I did not find out until much later. I just want to clarify that. At the time, I was instantly in a state of worry, and started having an anxiety attack. We returned to the petrol station to tell them about the sudden influx of notifications about money leaving the account, and asked if they could check for us whether the pay at pump had glitched, or if the issue was my bank. I would like to give credit to the people working that day, for being swift in their response, and patient with me as I tried to explain what was going on, and my concerns. They took our details, and contacted us within half an hour of us being there. Everything did work out in the end, and I greatly appreciated the reassurance they were able to give me that the pump had not taken the additional amounts of money, which my bank glitch wrongly showed as being absent. (For further context for those unaware: The pay at pump auto charges the max amount, then auto refunds once payment is made for the actual amount. My bank glitch decided to do this three times over, but didn't show the amount as having returned until today.) In all, I would highly rate the customer service and support of this petrol station. Thank you for helping me on a very difficult day.”
