βRoom bright, airy and exceptionally clean. Beautiful white bed linen and fluffy white towels. The shower was amazing. Certainly up to any 5 star hotel category. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices on the menu. Best of all Udo was the perfect host with lots of knowledge of the area. Will we return? Of course 100%β
βReally lovely apartment, tastefully decorated. Just a short walk from shops and the beach. Sun trap back garden for sole use. Excellent WiFi and huge TV with Netflix.β
βA warm welcome and cozy room for ourselves - and our dog! Jaynie is an excellent host and serves a delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved the location right across from the beach, which was perfect for walks along the sea.β
βThis was my second stay at Seaview and as before Patrick is the perfect host, always available to help, he always keeps the cupboards stocked with food and drinks. Cleanliness to a very high standard. The apartments are perfectly situated for the beach, the town and the rail station. Canβt wait for my next visit.β
βOur dog Spud recently stayed at Bulldog holidays. What an amazing place, Maria & Ralph are such a lovely kind caring couple who have a great team, who all genuinely love their dogs. Spud had a great stay, despite his nervousness, & he had a pamper treatment, which was well worth the money, he smelt gorgeous when we picked him up. Would highly recommend to any Bulldog owner, will definitely send our dog there again without hesitation.β
βI canβt recommend John and David enough. John supported us through a particularly difficult and protracted transaction with consistent professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness. I particularly liked going with a smaller agent as they actually knew our property well. They were always honest, and supportive of my familyβs needs. Our property is in Kemp Town, and similar properties nearby were on with other agents and havenβt been sold.β
βSunday holy mass time 10:00 am and evening 7:30 They are sucha an amazing welcoming people....any one can cone here and see jesus, on sundays they have a special place for your childrens to play while you attend the holy mass and this is how a church should be in the new era....totally amazing.β
βFriendly local business, always happy to help and offer local rental advice. Will definitely be using them in the future for renting out my properties! 5 stars!!β
βFantastic time in Switzerland (apart from the very grumpy chalet manager not great PR for this company! I'd get rid of him) ski hosts Maisie Lexi and Simara were delightful!! Excellent food and wine. Thanksβ
βRecently sold a flat through Osborn Humphreys, fantastic service from start to finish. Very swift & efficient with regular updates. Would heartily recommend their very professional service. They also manage a rental property for me too, with faultless service !β
βCan't speak highly enough about Kieran who showed us around a property. He had answers to all our questions and provided information we hadn't thought to ask - a level of professionalism that has been lacking in many other agents. The current market seems to be so fluid that agents either don't have the time, or see no value, in knowing the ins and outs of a place. As first time buyers this process is both new, exciting, and a bit terrifying! Kieran removed those barriers and allowed us to think clearly.β
βFood so good we ate there two days in a row. A dinner one day and a post-hike lunch the next. The bonus was eating in a listed building from the 14th century. Ambiance galore. The staff were incredibly friendly at both meals. The location couldn't be better for hiking on the South Downs Way, right at the spot where the hike meets the village. Gluten free fish and chips were on offer. The catch of the day was grilled to perfection. Great kudos we're given for their chicken and leek pie special.β
βThe Star is simply superb. Excellent service, atmosphere, food and drinks. Our rooms were also very comfortable. The staff are clearly very well trained. Whilst itβs not the cheapest, the value for money is good. We will return, hopefully in the winter when we can fully enjoy the log fires. I donβt recognise the experience of some reviewers, if you expect pub prices, go to a pub not a luxury boutique hotel.β
βFrom our first meeting, when Tom came prepared with research on the likely market for our home and examples of marketing materials developed for similar properties, Brand Vaughan customer service was excellent. We were thoroughly supported through the process of getting reading for viewings, then viewings, offers and acceptance of the best and final offer. After that a dedicated staff member kept tabs on progress of the sale, liaising with both our buyers and other agents in the chain. Selling a house is never stress-free but they made it as smooth and straightforward as possible.β
βWe had an amazing time, Ash, Alex and Steve was such friendly hosts. The pub is beautiful And well maintained. The karaoke there was fantastic and we will be back again soon.β
βPaige was a pleasure to work with as our property management agent. She was approachable, helpful with any questions we had, and generally great to work with from start to finish. Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated her professionalism.β
βWent to the Tiger today for a very special funeral lunch. The service and food was exceptional. Staff were helpful but discretely so. The food was varied finger food and so delicious. We all appreciated their kindness. Thank youβ
βGreat for showing sports on multiple screens and a game of "toad in the hole". Very friendly atmosphere..β
βWe had a brewery experience day with zak the brewer on Saturday 15th November. On arrival we knew it would be a great day as greeted by zak with bacon sarnies and coffee quickly prepared. The brewery room was cozy and felt perfect for a personal day for the 3 of us. The day was hands on and the samples during the day made it flow well. Zak was full of knowledge, good humour and great personal service. He is a huge asset to the company and the whole day. Lunch was served at a good time and come to us all within our own private brewing room. To finish the day we had a choice of our own beer to take away. We will be back again to see zak and see what else we can brew. Overall the day was more than great. It was amazing. Richard worthing.β
βWe stayed 21st December 2024 and they were great in changing our room to dog friendly as we didnβt want to leave our 12 year old dog behind so luckly that had them free. The lodge was so magical with the tree and was so lovely to stay as I was up visiting my grandad who has terminal cancer. Had a bit of problem not having the front door key but they came down a gave 2 keys twice as they gave the wrong key but luckly the woman went and hunt for the set.Other than that no issue with the place lovely set up kid friendly and dog. the only thing I would suggest is cover over the hot tube as we got a lot of sticks hitting us because of the windβ
βWe had one of the best Sunday roasts ive ever had here. It was a huge plate of food but i couldnβt leave any of it! The head chef was also eating there and was a friendly guy, who accommodated our fussy requests! 10/10. Canβt wait to go back again.β
βThe treatment of the staff was very good, I had some problem regarding the reservation and John personally helped me through mail to solve the problem. When we arrived at the hostel everything was super good, the room was very good. The only thing was not very good was the floor and some hole in the wall but for the rest everything was fine. The kitchen is perfect, however I didnβt use it. The location is amazing, you can get to the city center in 15 minutes by foot. Thanks Johnβ
βThis review is specifically for Cynthia and Teri. Just about to end a lease of 18 months at The Green. Itβs a lovely estate and the apartment was a very welcome home for my daughter, albeit needs a bit of TLC with the carpets, curtains and Iβm not sure the windows ever fit the frame correctly. However that is an issue for the landlord, this review is 5 star because Cynthia and Teri are an absolute credit to themselves and have been a brilliant team to deal with coming to the end of the lease. Nothing has been too much trouble, they answer email, telephone call, leave the door open when they are in, and work so hard to create a family atmosphere for the residents. Every enquiry was answered, without fail, and as a dad living almost 300 miles away from his daughter, I always felt they were looking out for her and would have been available if there was an issue. As others have said, this is a stark contrast to the previous team. Itβs amazing what employing kind, professional, positive people can do for an atmosphere! Genuine thanks guys.β
βThe venue has been hired it for a private event and is really well equipped. Clean and good standard. Nice walk up to the golf course with great views over Eastbourne. Lovely surroundings. East dean is a lovely area.β
βSpent a lovely weekend at Firle Camp. The tent pitches were lovely and spacious with lots of room between the tents. The view up to the downs was beautiful and it was lovely and quiet - despite being not far from the main road there was very little traffic noise - just pheasants, owls and the nearby church bells. Very restful, peaceful and a great 'back to basics' camp.β
βHarrison Brant are professional from start to finish, my sale & purchase recently completed through them. Professional, careful Covid restrictions throughout. My parents & family have used them for years and Iβm so delighted I took their advice. Thanks to Andrew Mercer for valuation and advice with market reports, Jason Howell for negotiations and keeping me fully informed and to Tony Harvey for progression sale & purchase advice and liaising with my solicitor. All in all I would highly recommend Harrison Brant for a profession and caring service in what has been a very difficult year. Thanks to the team.β
βReally enjoyed a 4 day break with my friend. Accommodation is well equipped, shower is large & plently of hot water, kitchen area is sparce but has a kettle, microwave & double hob. The double bed was comfortable. We had a great view over marina. It was very quiet at night. Parking was a fair way from accommodation & the steps made it hard work with our suitcases etc. However I really enjoy the accommodation & would return again.β
βVery attentive staff and food was delicious! Great wine recommendation and dessert to pair nicely. And a surprise birthday petite. β€οΈβ
βI had a good experience with Castle, they were quick to respond to messages and queries and did so in a courteous manner. At the end of my tenancy their process was quick and simple, with my deposit being returned quickly. Thank you!β
βAbsolutely amazing service from Hyman Hill. Fantastic job of selling a property for me and sale went through well with the help of Christian and Ben. They were always there to help me with any questions I had. They did such a good job.β
