βVery impressed by Hyman Hill! Our purchase was very well looked after mainly by Harry & Emma. Extremely professional team, kept us in the loop at all points of the process. Hyman Hill was a breath of fresh air after a turmoil experience with an online only agent - it really makes a difference having a physical branch where you can talk to people, plus someone always answering the phone.β
βThe BEST Letting Agent! We were recommended Clifford Sales & Lettings by a friend who rented their house through Ben and his team, and had said they were brilliant. And they definitely lived up to the recommendation. We have been renting out our home through them for nearly 2 years. Having never been the 'landlord' before we had no idea of the process but from first contact Ben put our minds at ease that we were in safe hands with their agency. They found us amazing tenants and we have been so happy with their service managing the property for us while we are living overseas. Brilliant customer service every time we speak to them. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Our only regret is that we wish we had known about them when we were renting/buying property in the past!β
βWe have used Stanley and Partners since 2012 and found them to be professional, thorough and friendly. They have given us sound advice for both property and tenant issues and can be relied upon to respond to queries promptly. Good communication and fair rates, very happy with the services offered.β
βCan't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip. He also gave me advice post-travel which was really helpful. Thanks so much!β
βAlexander Philips and Paige in particular have been the best and most helpful and responsive agency I've ever dealt with. I rented through them at the same property for just over year and there have been a few problems throughout but both the landlord and Alexander Phillips were always been extremely quick to respond and resolve the matters, and keep me informed. I would recommend them without the slightest bit of hesitation, they've always been there for me, from viewing all the way through to receiving my deposit back! Definitely a 5* company!!!β
βMehdi has been a huge help to me while buying my first home. He is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and patient which has made the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend Mehdi at Prominence Property to any buyer or seller.β
βFantastic place to visit as part of a weekend away at Port Lympne - with a wonderful variety of animals to look at and understand the work taken by the foundation. I would definitely recommend reading up on the history of the estate prior to visiting, as it made my experience far more engaging.β
βGenuinely maybe the best 3 course meal I've ever had, booked the function room for a surprise 30th and was genuinely unbelievable. We had Riccardo (might be slightly wrong) but couldn't have asked for any more. It is slightly on the more expensive side but one million % worth it if you want the full experience. Food and service both 10/10β
βHad a fab time on NYE with hazel as our server, experience was amazing and very comfortable. Hazel was very welcoming and a treat to talk to. Food was great too!β
βCanβt speak for the rooms as didnβt see them but based on all else am giving a 5 as not sure what happens if skip stars for the rooms .. but the service is phenomenal. Fascinated to watch the efficiency and attention the staff give to their jobs. They dont skip a beat! As for the ambience and just total loveliness of the building and its setting. Gorgeous. Iβm trying to think of reasons to come back to this area. Loved it. My veggie tagine was pretty good too. Chips - French fries - as good as they get. No stragglers at the bottom you canβt eat. Yummy til the last bite.β
βMy friend and I went for Sunday lunch both had roast lamb, and it was delicious. Staff were very attentive. Very busy obviously very popular.β
βFirstly the service was amazing, Adele was so friendly and welcoming. Secondly, the food was unbelievable! We had the Smoke Platter and shared it between two, luckily we did, it was MASSIVE, we had to wrap what we couldnβt eat to go. Thirdly, Adeleβs espresso martinis are a MUST!!β
βThings are a bit hazy on this pub as we'd been to a few before but I remember the staff being friendly and a selection of beers. Nice pub, good atmosphere. Would go backβ
βPerfect place for a warm Summer evening meal outside. Great menu and very good quality food. Chicken came with one of the best Caesar salads Iβve had in a long while including fresh anchovies. The trout was also perfectly cooked. Large garden with various options for eating outside;open, partly or totally under cover. Best to book a table or arrive early especially on weekends, although be aware you canβt order food until 6pm.β
βAnother great hair cut for the little fella. The staff make him feel comfortable and he always enjoys his visit. It might have something to do with the bone that I buy him after but I think it's because he enjoys the beauty treatment. Nails done, teeth cleaned, hair cut all in a couple of hours. Very happyβ
βGreat experience with Ollie - super prompt and attentive to our needs. Went above and beyond to ensure we were shown all our options on very short notice and secure a property a few hours after viewing it (and after business hours too!). Kept us updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Ollie and the team.β
βStud farm campsite is one of the most beautiful campsites I have stayed on. The views of the south downs and the sea are second to none. The campsite is quiet and had respectful people when we camped. They have a toilet block and showers although as we up on top of the downs the water pressure was very low so not sure how good the showers were, toilets were clean and tidy... Camp fires were allowed but only off the ground which is understandable. The have on-site staff to help and bring firewood if you need. It's only a short drive to birling gap or the start of the seven sisters. The top of the hill can get a bit windy but if you prepare for it it's not a problem. Keep an eye of for spitfire flybysβ
βHad a very pleasant two night stay here. All the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good! The rooms are small and clean and just right for a short stay. The mattress could be more comfortable, but for two nights it was alright.β
βAn excellent camp site we used gor our motorhome grst position for bus routes to Brighton.β
βThe Claremont went above and beyond for Afternoon Tea. We didn't stay there but wish we did because honestly, we had the most welcoming and great experience. My partner had a birthday celebration, not only did they gesture a cake with a candle and decorated for it, the wonderful lady serving us made sure we were well looked after by moving us and everything out in the garden for our convenience as well as checking up for naything we needed. The tea was absolutely delicious and fresh! Everything went so well and it was just a special day. We cannot comment on the rooms as we have not been but from images and description, look great! A gem to be recommended. They also celebrate artists by displaying interesting art for sale inside the foyer. Fabulous! So traditional, so english and so Brighton!β
βLovely room, nice and clean, and we had white stuff toiletries which was a lovely surprise. Location a little out of the centre but great bus connections. Very responsive on email and telephone. Really happy. Definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.β
βI have just collected our dog. It was her first visit. She was happy when we dropped her off and excited to see us when we collected her today. She had a lovely time and is sleeping with content. Thank you for having my dopy dog. She is so trusting and loving, I can see that she would be happy to go back to you again. Great place and great service.β
βMy pup loves Doodley dogs. He's so tired when he gets home after playing all day! The staff and volunteers are all lovely.β
βCoulson House is one of the loveliest places Iβve stayed. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for. Excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and the city centre. I would definitely love to stay there again.β
βWonderful cottage in such a great location. Looking out to the Lanes and a short walk to the Brighton Centre. Beautifully furnished with everything you could want. We would definitely book it again if visiting Brighton. I must mention Natasha who looks after the property, she was a star. Locked ourselves out and she came straight to our rescue. We also rang her as we had difficulty finding the cottage and the key pickup but she was very patient and directed us. Another added bonus was the parking space in the gated complex. We were all very satisfied.β
βBonnie has been going to Mucky Pupz since January. The staff have been so caring and supportive. She absolutely loves going! Thank you.β

βMy bunnies love their holidays with Ginette. The clean, spacious accommodation is set up to keep the buns stimulated and they are so well taken care of. Ginette provides you with regular updates and photos. Hopper and Stripes are always happy and relaxed when they return from a visit at Applewood.β
βI often go here to meet different guys without my husband knowing. Itβs a great place and deescretβ
βHad a wonderful stay at Hill View Steyning as a stopover walking the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne. Greeted by a warm welcome and a beautiful home with breathtaking gardens. Really comfy room with modern bathroom. Everything you would wish for in a B&B. Hostess made the most beautiful breakfast and is a rare talent! Thank you for a wonderful stay and enhancing my experience of the South Downs Way.β
