“We have returned recently from 'one week' stay at 'The Old Flower Field Lodges', where we had the MOST AMAZING time. Our stay was made so much more enjoyable b/c of our hosts 'Shaun' and 'Sue' who run the business. The lodges were extremely comfortable, all the home comforts you need to make your stay more enjoyable / relaxing. Additionally, laundry and 'disabled / wheelchair' friendly (seated) shower facility is available for guests. Regretfully, we returned home on Saturday. Anyone looking for great location to stay, near to south-coast, home comforts and excellent hosts, we recommend you look at booking time at The Old Flower Field Lodges'.”

“As mature global travellers..this property was a gem in every way..thank you Vicky & Paul! Our stunning attic conversion de-luxe room provided luxurious space, every classy comfort and kitchenette convenience necessary. An added bonus was complimentary cereal/yog/berries, beer, G&T..perfect for a relaxing few days. Our friends stayed in the basement flat and felt the same. We would recommend highly!”

“Room bright, airy and exceptionally clean. Beautiful white bed linen and fluffy white towels. The shower was amazing. Certainly up to any 5 star hotel category. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices on the menu. Best of all Udo was the perfect host with lots of knowledge of the area. Will we return? Of course 100%”

“This is a really nice hotel, located right on Brighton's Marine Parade. Everything was within walking distance, with a bus stop right outside. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. As it is a small hotel, there were no long check-in queues and everything was handled in a very personal way. My room had the promised sea view and a view of the Brighton Pier. The hotel has been immaculately and thoughtfully refurbished. Everything you would need was available. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a rainfall shower and there was enough space in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The price-to-quality ratio was good. I can only recommend 'A Room With A View' and would certainly book it again when I come back to Brighton.”

“Really lovely small hotel very close to the sea front. Quirky details. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful bathroom and big fluffy white towels. We were made to feel really welcome. And breakfast was delicious.”

“We stayed at Snooze for three nights. Tony welcomed us and told us about all the places we should visit during our stay. The room looked incredible. We were in the 70s inspired room. So fun! The room was clean and offered everything we wanted. The area was quite and very close to the beach. It was a less than 15 min walk to the Lanes. There’s also a bus stop very close. They also do a collaboration for breakfast with Egg & Spoon, which you can either get delivered or enjoy in the cafe. All in all, we really loved staying at Snooze. Would recommend 10/10!”

“Our room was spotless, large and hosted by some lovely people! we really loved their attention to detail and pride in what they do. I couldn’t find a spec of dust anywhere in not only our room but the rest of the place too! Breakfast was super tasty with plenty of options. I think this is listed as a bed and breakfast but it’s easily hotel quality!”

“Our stay in Polruan was truly exceptional, and Stewart proved to be an outstanding host. His gesture of driving us to the village centre for a tour was incredibly thoughtful. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-organized, and filled with a delightful fragrance. Furthermore, the location proved to be conveniently situated, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.”

“Mike and Susie are super guests. It is a beautiful setting in Sussex close to Brighton and Burgess Hill. Hurstpierpoint is a lovely little village close to the farmhouse with restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast was served. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“I have just returned from a 4-week January break. Staying at Chanctonbury cottage. I received a warm welcome on arrival and was then shown around the cottage which had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The accommodation is well equipped, roomy, and spotlessly clean. Not to mention the underfloor heating making my mid-winter stay very comfortable. Located in a peaceful setting and yet within easy reach of Steyning high street for all your day-to-day needs, eating out etc. I found the cottage a perfect base to venture out from and explore West Sussex, and being centrally located, Brighton, Worthing, and Horsham are all within a short drive away. Like me, if you have a dog then you are spoilt for choice with lovely walks on your doorstep, or wider options just a short car ride away. Hosts Jed and Vanessa were on hand if ever I needed anything, otherwise I was left alone to enjoy my stay and the peaceful surroundings. Fresh bed linen and clean towels were provided each week. Overall, I had a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing stay and left feeling recharged. I will return!”

“Such a lovely place just off the seafront. hosts were really friendly and so interesting to chat to and offered some great tips on where to go. Good choice at breakfast to set you up for the day, and they were so accomodating to our needs with our 1 year old daughter, letting us use the fridge for milk and microwave if we needed it. Rooms were lovely and clean and nice big bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Carol & Steve are the perfect hosts and could not do anymore to make our stay more welcoming. The room was spotless and the breakfasts was also excellent with plenty of choice on offer. We would highly recommend The Camelot to anyone wanting accommodation within walking distance to seafront and local shops!”

“Maslens have been highly efficient and communicative when letting out my two flats. They look after both the landlords and tenants well ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly including over bank holidays when my tenant needed the boiler fixed. There were quite a few teething issues with both flats and they were really helpful in making sure it was all sorted out. I would definitely recommend using a good letting agent such as Maslens as opposed to trying to self manage unless you are highly experienced in that area.”

My cats are not used to new environments and can be shy, but the folks at Benwick gave them great care. I was also really pleased with their communiication. “Our dog Spud recently stayed at Bulldog holidays. What an amazing place, Maria & Ralph are such a lovely kind caring couple who have a great team, who all genuinely love their dogs. Spud had a great stay, despite his nervousness, & he had a pamper treatment, which was well worth the money, he smelt gorgeous when we picked him up. Would highly recommend to any Bulldog owner, will definitely send our dog there again without hesitation.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Main Manor House with a group of friends. The house has everything that you need and is in a great location. The house itself is comfortable and full of history. The grounds are very well maintained and there are lots of activities on site or nearby. We would really recommend visiting!”
