βFor the sale of our property, our point of contact from start to finish was Samantha Clifford. Sam was absolutely superb, engaging so well with both us as sellers, but also with prospective buyers. Throughout our marketing process, we dealt with several different agents from another company with the interactions ranging from very poor to average, so when we met Sam, it was so refreshing to meet someone so personable and focused on both our needs as sellers, but more importantly on what the potential purchasers needs were. It was an absolute pleasure to partner with Sam throughout our process and would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Leaders. Thanks so much Sam, you were superb !β
βGreat campsite, perfect location if wanting to explore the South Downs but also great for getting into Brighton. Plus lovely little shop selling coffee, fire wood and even morning pastries. Not forgetting the bonus of warm showers, clean toilets, fridge, washing up facilities.β
βExcellent cattery and the only one I would ever trust with my two cats, been leaving them here for several years now and always know they'll be 100% looked after and safe which means the world to me. Can't thank Rachel, Ian and their team enough for giving me that total peace of mind.β
βHad a really good experience with simply lettings very professional, and friendly service from all staff. Office manager Karen was extremely helpful, thorough and informative. And made sure we had everything we needed before moving into our new home. A company I'd definitely recommend 10/10β
βGreat campsite with great views, super clean toilets and showers ,you can also order breakfast's, short walk to buses into centre of Brighton campsite is also nice and quiet, logs can also be purchased for fire pits.β
βLovely luxury rooms. Beautifully decorated and fantastic size. Bathroom had both shower and bath. Everything supplied for your stay. Price should include full English breakfast not just a continental. Would stay againβ
βI recently bought a house through Oakley in Brighton and Andy Russell was a huge help with getting the sale over the line. We had problems further down the chain but Andy was brilliant at liaising with everyone involved and pushing things along, keeping me updated regularly with any updates. Thanks so much Andy!β
βExcellant trip . Driver Charlie was very friendly and informative throughout. He even organised for the rain to hold off for the day! This is the 2nd trip we have been on and am looking forward the couple we have booked on for next year. The one suggestion for future is that seats are preallocatedβ
βThe Move Sussex (Polegate) team have been excellent, they've kept us informed and up to date from viewings through to exchange of contracts, and have gone above and beyond what you'd normally expect from an estate agent. We would definitely use their services again if we sell another property in the area.β
βElsa Brent you donβt even go to the kennels so why leave a review?? Not niceβ
βLisa and the rest of the team at woodingdean branch were a pleasure to deal with. the moment we first spoke to Lisa she came across very professionally and put our mind at rest guiding us through the whole process with ease, if there was any questions we were not sure about they were explained in detail. the rest of the team were available if Lisa was not and again made the whole process easy, as selling a house can be stressful Once again we really appreciate the hard work you put in on our behalf and have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and the rest of the team at cubitt and west woodingdean many thanks Stephen and josephine barhamβ
βWe had an excellent time here this weekend. The room was clean, smart and had everything we could need (including iron, ironing board and free sweet basket). The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, we had the fruit with yogurt and full English. I would definitely recommend this hotel.β
βIβve used this Taxi service multiple times now!!!! Never been so satisfied with a taxi service in my life!! Tamer was really helpful and arrived on time and got us to the airport on time. Iβve asked for Tamer every time as he is always on time and is always very attentive and helps us with any queries. Would also like to add the very cheap prices they offer for what they give.β
βI couldn't recommend the Southern Belle more highly. The hotel is beautifully decorated, short walk from the lanes with absolutely lovely food. The best thing is the staff and atmosphere though - this made our stay really special and gives the bar downstairs a real local vibe. Will definitely be back!β
βI stayed here for a weekend visiting family, with my mum and partner. And honestly it was perfect. Perfect location not too far from the station, rooms were spotless, first time I've ever been to a BnB or hotel that gives me a pot for tea in my room! Straight up 10/10 just for that. Mark was so friendly and welcoming and cooked the best full English breakfast each day.β
βBeen out walking and just called in on the off chance as hadnβt booked. Was really busy but they fitted us in without a fuss - thanks. Had the Sunday roast (beef of course) and was not disappointed - it was fabulous! Bella took our order and a young lass with blonde hair served us (Jenni? I think, sorry didnβt get her name). We could see it was busy and the staff were busy but they kept an eye out for everyone. Really pleased we called in & will call in again next time we are in the area. Thank you.β
βAttended with friends, the night before a friends marriage! Prawn cocktail to start with delicious, the chocolate dessert with honeycomb was exceptional. I had the sea breem fish as a main course, which was a special, and exquisite. Highly recommend the side of garlic broccoli and a skinny fries. We were a table of 4, waiters/waitresses were young but didnβt show any signs of inexperience. I have played golf at ESN and lived in Uckfield for over 30 years and this is my first time eating here from recollection. Itβs not cheap but the food is great, a nice little treat. I popped upstairs to have a look at my friends room after curiosity, great size and nicely presented (the room). Has everything you could possibly need and more. The furniture is of its time but equally in great condition which adds to the experience.β
βElegant colonial style hotel with modern comforts whilst retaining period features, set in the South Downs National Park in the picturesque idyllic historic village of Alfriston. Highly recommend booking early and going for a room with a veranda access which had perfect views over the gardens at the National park. Set close to the sea, vineyard and the quaint village shops and restaurants which are all wonderful. We ate in the private dining room on the first night with a group where the food was spectacular. My lamb was a standout dish that I'll remember along with the white chocolate mousse. The rooms were immaculate and had a coffee maker and tea area. We could have done with a few more hangers and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Staff were friendly and accommodating. If you plan to go out till late, take a front door key as they lock the doors at 10pm. Breakfast was delicious and flexible as they can add/remove items upon request without fuss. Continental selection was limited but gluten free and vegan options are available on request. There is a guests only first come first serve car park to the rear, which had enough space for us and we didn't struggle to park. Beautiful place that was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy and stay. Highly recommend.β
βWe shared a meal last evening before going to the Hurst festival comedy night, staff ensured we were fed and watered all in good time. Food was fantastic and service brilliant as always. A real treat.β
βPopped in here for dinner with friends the other night. Service was excellent, drink selection good & the food...was just awesome. We shared 2 of the platters between 4 & it was more than enough, the garlic sausage & brisket were standouts, but everything was just excellent. Oh & the dry rub chicken wings are 100% brilliant. Cannot fault, would go again in a heartbeatβ
βModern art gallery, very archtectural building and incrediable location for views of the sea and town. It really helped to have a guided tour. They bring out some otherwise unfathomable art.β
βFantastic stay all round!! Location, wonderful rooms with lots of space. Easy reach of everything. No parking but you can still reach the hotel by car, despite what other reviews say. Special shout out to Auri. Super helpful when i wanted to change the room I had booked. Took care of everything and was super helpful. Brilliant free to access gym as well. Would recommend to anyone stopping in Brighton.β
βHad a Friday night at Drakes. Staff were wonderful and the room was great - huge pillows and lovely bedding. Also location was excellent for the seafront and shopping.β
βI had a very nice stay there this week. It arguably got the best situ of any winery in the UK and it was particularly nice with the autumnal leaves on the vines. The staff were lovely, the barn is lovely place to stay in with a nice log burner in the lounge area and the meals were very good. I'd highly recommend.β
βCannot recommend Q Estates enough - our first time renting out property and they really went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the journey. Ben, Amy, Olivia and Jo have all been fantastic. Thank you!β
βGreat location, very clean. Had a great conversation with the owners, down to earth caring people. I was late for breakfast but still made me breakfast. Couldn't recommend enoughβ
βMy puppy's had a long weekend stay there last week and they seemed to have enjoyed their selfs and came home happyβ
βJustin Lloyd have, for several years, managed the rental of a residential property for me in Brighton. James Cox, who is normally my main point of contact, consistently provides a professional, responsive and communicative service, and has coped well with some challenging situations, adopting an intelligent and sensitive approach which is fair to both landlord and tenant. I have dealt with a number of agents over the years, and own an estate agency myself, so I have good bases for comparison and do not issue plaudits lightly, but I am very happy to recommend the firm.β
βWe have been taking our dog to Cherry Tree for a few years now and we canβt be more satisfied. Whether itβs daycare, short stay or a 2-week stay, our dog is always happy to go and comfortable. During our last holiday the staff was so nice to send us some pictures of him when we asked. He gets all the walks, socialisation, treats and cuddles that he needs to have a happy stay. Everyone is great with dogs and they really care for them. For us itβs surely piece of mind while weβre away. Thank you!β
βFriendly, attentive and highly experienced, the staff at Hammerpond are second to none. Our rescue dog was nervous at his first booking, but the staff handled it so well he was soon wagging his tail and enjoying being fussed over. The staff seem genuinely interested in each dog and are quick to pick up on each pet's preferences and sociability. The enclosed grass paddock is a big plus - other kennels I looked at only had a concrete or astroturf exercise area. It's wonderful to be able to leave our dog with such professionals and I can't recommend Hammerpond Kennels highly enough.β
