“Amazing act of kindness this cafe offered My daughter after bumping her elbow whilst on her scooter. We stopped at the cafe for an ice cream to help dry her tears. I had left my wallet in the car. The gentleman who was very welcoming heard me talking and gave my daughter an ice cream as a goodwill gesture. I will definitely be returning to pay and enjoy the quiet garden surroundings for a coffee soon. J”

“Victor is a superstar! Fantastic experience at this store every time we visit, this is mainly down to Victor! The store is bright, clean, well laid out and not cluttered at all with plenty of space for wheelchair users too. The quality of the furniture is high but great value for money at the same time. There is plenty of off street parking including disabled bays right outside the door but beware that there are strict parking restrictions that can land you with a fine as the car park is privately owned. Victor is an expert in his field, he has worked in this industry for many years and also this store for as long as I can remember! What Victor doesn’t know about furniture and customer service isn’t worth knowing! He is always polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, patient and not at all pushy which is so refreshing these days! There’s not many great people like Victor left in the sales industry I’m afraid, so I would definitely recommend dealing with him without hesitation. You will be in safe hands.”

Always smiling, and whats more important - helpful, open hearted woman. It is not our first time, and Talita been always great. :) We also had late evening meal, and Andrea - manager - looked after us so well. There was the other girl, who was on her second shift, but she was very attentive and helpful too! Absolutely delightful dinner & breakfast experience! “Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.”
