“Just had a lovely weekend away, and stay at the Lamp Post Villa. The room was modern with an ensuite shower, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was included in the price: juice, lovely filter coffee, tea, toast, preserves, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit and set you up for a good start to the day. The location was great, only a 10 minute, pleasant walk to the centre. The b&b offers great value, and the host Carmine was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“I love fresh with my whole heart ❤️. Every morning I would wake up and go on my morning walk for some FRESH air. At the start of the year i would always get a meatball wrap but I was heartbroken when they stopped selling them. In fact the hot food section was a bit rubbish by the end of the year. The meal deal section quickly became my favourite. The pasta pots, the scotch eggs, the steak slices. Yum. Everything I had a craving fresh had the answer. Did I spend too much money there? Yes. Do i regret it? Never.”

Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were amazing, our daughter doesn't usually like take away but she really enjoyed this one. “Excellent Surgery On Friday June 20th , to avoid the heat, I came indoors. A good chance to try the new triage system. I wished to request an appointment, in the future. I was wary BUT no need. I felt the new system worked well. Within 10 minutes I had a phone call from a Dr ,advising me of an appointment available in 30 minutes, if I could make it! Yes I could .That must be the quickest appointment in history. I totally understand this was a lucky chance but it can happen.”

They have always been professional and friendly during inspections and are consistently happy to help with any issues, whether over the phone or by email. Their responses are quick, and whenever we’ve asked for advice or recommendations, they’ve offered support straight away. The check-in process was also very thorough. They provided lots of helpful information, including guidance on keeping the property mould-free, which we really appreciated. The inventory report, carried out by a third party, was extremely detailed, and we were given seven days to add our own comments and photos to ensure a fair and accurate representation of the property. We are due to vacate the property soon and have already been sent detailed cleaning advice outlining exactly how to leave each room, along with a copy of our inventory so we can compare and ensure everything is left as it was found (minus fair wear and tear). When we’ve had questions about what counts as wear and tear, they were happy to advise us clearly and honestly. Thank you Hayley, Liane, Jacey, and Laura for everything you have ever done for us. We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided us and would highly recommend them.”
