“We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we’d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren’t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!”

“Fantastic gem of a site. We initially chose this because they would accept our XL Bully as many sites don't. The staff are extremely friendly and many of the visitors are regular and repeat campers and we can see why. It's far enough away from major towns to be rural and peaceful but close enough if you want to explore. The site is well maintained with a dog walking area, ball park, games room and a 9 hole putting green. There is also a fishing pond which was very popular with visitors. The toilet/shower blocks were always kept clean and tidy. There is a small shop onsite to get any basics you need to stock up on along with a few extras such as toys etc. Back to the XL Bully point for those who may be put off...from what I understand it's not necessarily a blanket policy. If you abide by the rules and your dog is well behaved, as we do and ours is, you will be allowed to stay but if you flout the rules or your dog causes issues you will be asked to leave and as an XL owner I think that's a very fair and balanced view to take. She doesn't often get the chance to socialise because people walk the other way but so many visitors stopped to ask if they could fuss her, which was fantastic for her development. We will definitely be returning, with or without the dogs.”

“Super friendly staff and convenient location! The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is set time so you need to pick the time a day before. They have a small buffet area with cereals, fruit and yogurt. They will also take your order - you can choose all day breakfast, toast, porridge, omelettes etc. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea are also available. I personally dont mind but it might be a bit noisy as my room was facing the road.”

My daughter learnt about the lifecycle through the nursery having real chick eggs in the preschool room for the children to watch them hatch and grow. It was fantastic seeing all the updates on their parent group page. My youngest is currently in the baby room at the nursery and has multiple food allergies. The induction process was extremely thorough and took great care in knowing everything about my son. The nursery also offer food alternatives that my son can eat and are more than happy to support with my son’s skincare regime to manage his eczema. I know I don’t need to worry as he is in safe hands with the team at Bermuda Park Nursery - they really have gone the extra mile.”
