Hakeem was my designer who was absolutely brilliant he took the time to listen to all my needs and make sure everything I wanted I achieved. I honestly couldn’t fault him at all. “I think that most people know of Matalan and this is a nicely spaced store with a good range of very reasonably priced clothing for all the family. The children's range is very useful as we know how quickly they grow out of clothes before they have had their wear out of them! There is a range of household goods too. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition there is free parking here for four hours if you want to visit the town centre on your trip !”

Went back and bought kitchen paint in Brooklyn grey and white tile paint. Mixed a bit of the Delaware in the white for a new tile border in the bathroom. Pics attached.”

“I have never been disappointed on my visits to my Loughborough store. Staff are really helpful if I'm not sure what I need. Materials stocked are of a good standard and I have never, since the store opened, had to return any items. B& Q, just down the road do just have a competitive edge, but I always go to Wicks first.”

“Love the Christmas selection here. Upstairs it's like a festive paradise with all the colours and prices here are much cheaper than other places to sell exactly the same products. Also downstairs near the tills they have some lovey little gifts and things you dont see in other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be busy, but worth the wait. Nice big free car park.”

No pushy salesman just a very helpful chap Called Chris .we can't leave feedback on furniture we purchased as 8-10 week delivery, but will be back to update .So all I can say at the moment is A + to lee longlands friendly and helpful staff .If your furniture comes up to the same standard "WE WILL BE BACK " . Just an update , still impressed ! Lent us table and chairs until our order is received , our rug came into stock early so one of their staff delivered it personally . “Have always had good service here right from when they opened many years ago. The shop now is a lot quieter than it used to be but still get good friendly service. Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”

“We brought out kitchen a while ago but due to us using our own fitters it has only just gone in! Saying that, its absolutely stunning! The lady at wickes who helped us, planned it all etc was Bev and she is such a genuinely nice person. From the moment i met her up to the end of delivery she was so helpful, informative and patient.
