“Our son has been going to St Margarets for over 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. The rooms are beautiful and they have lots of space to play outside. The many is varied and if my son does not like the food that day, they always provide lots of healthy alternatives. The staff has always been thoughtful and helpful.”

“We stayed at Motel One Edinburgh-Royal in The One with View room, and it was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking — exactly what I had hoped for when planning our trip. After arriving from London, stepping into that room instantly washed away the fatigue and made me smile. The location couldn’t have been more convenient: just steps from Waverley Station, close to the airport bus stop, and within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile and other main attractions. Whether travelling by train, bus, or plane, this hotel is ideally situated — for us, having arrived by train and flying out later, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel was stylish, peaceful, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and check-in was effortless after a long journey. As a non-native speaker, I wish I could’ve expressed my gratitude to them more fully in person — they truly made our stay wonderful. I’d love to return to the same room on my next visit to Edinburgh.”

“A great first visit to this soft play. The girls working were fantastic and so helpful. Coffee was great and good value for money. Kids really enjoyed it, will definitely return. Only thing I would say is I did need my coat, it’s chilly when it first opens. Didn’t affect the kids though.”

One of us was dairy- and gluten-free, so plates for that person were customized. The wait staff were perfectly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the dishes and libation options! “I decided to go with my own trusted expert fitter after reading some bad reviews about Wren kitchen fitters. I cannot be happier with the final result. The team at Wren Fort Kinnaird was very helpful in the design process which included several revisions with big and small changes to the initial idea. The delivery process was smooth and when one of the doors was discovered to be slightly damaged, it was quickly replaced without any problem and free of charge. The overall experience was great and I would recommend Wren as the supplier of kitchen pieces and appliances (you can ask to price match appliances if you find the same model cheaper elsewhere).”

“Great experience with our stay! Preeti and Chelsea welcomed us at the reception for the check in with a great and positive attitude. For dinner we found great food at decent pricing and the service was really fast and food was delivered piping hot! At breakfast we had lots of options so there are options for all ages. All the staff and ambiance were great and welcoming, making us feel like we were customers since forever. I definitely recommend as the experience was a definition of hospitality and great service!”

My little boy started at Little Learners at a very unusal time in his little life(during lockdown). as a first time mum I was so nervous about leaving him with other people however I need not have been. The team at this nursery are amazing, giving me regular updates throughout the day on his wellbeing and how he was settling in. Even the transitions from one room to another as he is getting older have gone so smooth. My little one loves coming here to see the staff and his friends. Honestly dont hesitate to check Little Learners out, was the best decision I made.”
