She was also helpful with my Pandora points account - that I couldn't even remember signing up to but it turned out I had £2.50 to spend which paid for half of the gift box. The shopping centre was quiet overall, so Pandora was a nice experience, which is a change to my local one on a Saturday afternoon where it can feel quite chaotic.”

“Make your own hamper at The Store, Hamporium. What is the Hamporium you ask? Well the very lovely and talented store team at Restoration Yard have created a spectacular in-store hamper display filled to the brim with foodie fayre ready for the festive season ahead – a spectacle that Willy Wonka himself would envy! Restoration Yard is stocked with amazing local, Scottish and independent food and drink producers. Your wee eyes will twinkle with delight, your jaw might even drop at the incredible range of tasty treats in store. The Hamporium has a number of ready made hampers available on their website but you can also make your own bespoke hamper. And this is exactly what I did. It was filled with goodies for a perfect cosy Christmas night in. Red wine, crackers and biscuits for cheese, hot chocolate and stirrers, chutney, cured meats, truffle nuts and mince pies. If you fancy heading in store to select and choose your hamper, Dalkeith Country Park, Restoration Yard is approx 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh City Centre. There is plenty of parking, loads of shopping, a fabulous cafe and The Kitchen, a superb restaurant. Plus a great park to wander around. The grounds and the courtyard outside The Store are dog friendly and there are several small cabins selling hot drinks and treats in the courtyard too.”

“Outstanding service!! After wanting a welded bracelet for over 2 years and finally taking the plunge, I’m so glad I did! Hannah really went above and beyond during my appointment to ensure the bracelet turned out exactly as I had hoped! She was so patient with me making decisions and helped in any way possible, even swapping charms around multiple times without a single complaint to make sure the placements were perfect! I didn’t feel any sort of time pressure to choose. I popped back in the following day after noticing one of the charms I had chosen was naturally wanting to face upwards rather than dangling down with the others that I didn’t notice at the moment time of the original appointment. Sam was more than happy to help me with my questions and quickly made the required adjustments! Again she was so patient with me and made sure I was completely happy before re welding.
