Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. Plenty of leaflets in reception area. Warm welcoming. The staff are so Friendly. Book online or via the phone. They send regular deworming medication in the post. The consultation rooms are great space for health check ups. The practice does minor and major Ops and have a pet hospital for overnight cases. The staff take such great care from advice over the phone if needed to how well they manage and deal with the pets. All of the vets and vet nurses are so helpful, knowledgeable and great with the animals. we are so happy to start our journey at this practice”

“Good facility - staff seem friendly and engaged with dogs. Very polite woof van driver and owner Danielle always happy to answer any queries. They take dogs of all sizes it seems, but keep them separated by size/age/temperament. The area where the dogs are is secure and there’s loads of space for them to run around. My puppy really enjoys it. He goes straight to sleep when he’s back home! The only minus is the location if you’re not driving, as getting there by public transport is a mission. They do offer pick up van service though, but you have to book in advance and via email.”

“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”

“Jo is an amazing dog walker and our dog absolutely loves her. She is so professional but mostly she loves dogs and cares for ours as if he were her own, you can’t ask for more than that. She keeps in great contact with us and we get regular updates about how our dog is doing with videos and photos. She has known our dog since he was a tiny puppy, did puppy visits when he was still small and now takes him on exhilarating joint walks with other dogs and he is getting amazing socialisation. We trust her 100% with our dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Jo, she is brilliant.”
