“The burger was delicious. Well seasoned, meaty and cooked perfectly. The two good sized pieces of briskst were tender and smokey, and the chicken wings sticky, tender and plentiful. Good food at a fair price, with friendly service in a relaxing, pleasant environment.”

“It’s a really great place for lunch. This is my 3rd time coming and it’s been amazing. Lovely food and very friendly staff. Only one issue, it’s really warm in here. Cheese and ham sandwich and panini are the best along with chicken noodle soup and a nice cold drink. (£14.00)”

“I am from Ayrshire and was referred to PR maternity and they literally saved me and my babies life. Dr Bradnock & Dr McMillan performed a 5 hour surgery on me due to placenta previa and other complications. From the get go they were honest & comforting & made me laugh. I trusted them and the amazing anaesthetist with the moustache and gynaecologist David was amazing I’ve never felt more safe and taken care of in my whole life. Me and my premature 4lb baby was discharged 5 days later after 2 in high dependency. Amazing midwives too. Would never fault this hospital.”

“I had a lovely meal at cast iron restaurant. I had ordered the mushroom ravioli with white truffle sauce and i must say it was delicious and the portion was big. The two staff i would like to highlight is Stephen who was the host,he was so friendly and welcoming,has a very positive personality and the other is Josue who took my order and served, he is so lovely,great to talk and very hospitable, he knew i wanted some bread but did not order the bread basket as it would be too much for one person so he requested the chef to add 3 slices on the side along with butter,i was so happy and surprised. Both Stephen and Josue came to check on me during my dinner. I will surely come by again for the lovely meal and great service. Thank you.”

“We had Tracey serving us today, she was so helpful and had a smile whole time, which is so hard to come by. Tracey was taking all the orders on her own, making the drinks and serving...A+ to be able to do that by herself and still be so helpful and not stressed! Food is always nice. This is one of the best places for customer service, like I said very hard to come by nowadays. We will be back!!”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. “I had the best help this morning when collecting my order especially from Margaret, Kate and Joe. These three staff members went out of their way to help me as I had been given a time of 7.30-8 am to collect, Margaret patiently guided me to customer services. Kate called Joe to get my order and he willingly went to collect it for me. Margaret offered to get me another trolley as the one I had was a bit stiff and veering to the side. Kate kept me company and made me feel better about seemingly coming to collect too early and Joe brought my order to me with no issues, even though the first collection should be 9am. The time I had on my email was as stated earlier. I feel I haven't really explained myself well in this statement, but I can't thank them enough and I know some people would say "they are just doing their job" but it was more than that to me, they helped me and were patient and I am so grateful. “I cannot recommend Riggs enough, lovely place for a bite to eat and drink when you're in Falkirk but there is definitely a better experience if you're eating in, sort of place you enjoy your food at over running in and out. Food has always been lovely and the counter service means that you get a good look at all their cakes!”
