Unfortunately, when I turned up I was told I had mistakenly ordered it to the Fort store. At the end of a stressful day of work that was all I needed. However, what did brighten my day was the lady behind the counter named Jen. She without missing a beat tried to see if they had it in stock for me to buy at that time and failing that she offered to set me up with a new collection for tomorrow after work in the stockwell street store. She even offered to cancel the Fort's order and arrange the refund for me. She wasn't over the top or pushy, just anticipated every need I had before I even thought to ask. Extremely happy with her service and it really did help cushion the blow of my own stupidity.”

“People think that Brighthouse is a place to avoid because they think the prices are too high but I use my local store when I need something that I can't afford to buy out right and if you look at it in a logical way it's like having a big catalogue what you can walk in too. There isn't many people who can buy something with ready cash but doing it the Brighthouse way you will get what you want when you need it and spread the cost of it over so many weeks. Just like you do with a littlewoods or graten catalogue. I find the staff in Brighthouse in Hamilton very helpful and they always work with you to get you a decent deal on the things what you want and they help you with the financial side of things. So people go speak to Mark, Andrew, Paula and see how they could help you get the things you need. They don't bite if that's what is worrying you they make you feel most welcome. I have never had any problems with the team in Brighthouse in Hamilton. They are worth more than a 5 star rating.”

“Currys is a very good company with friendly and supportive staff, and overall they provide a great service. However, the payment and finance process for purchasing items could be improved. Mobile phone companies have a much smoother and more efficient credit-check and payment system, which allows many customers to get approved easily. Currys’ current system feels a bit difficult and less flexible in comparison. If Currys can update and improve their payment/credit approval process, it will make things much easier for customers and greatly increase the value of the service they already provide.”

“After days of visiting numerous sofa shops I stumbled across Instyle sofas in Uddingston. The customer service was great, and the advisor helping us was not too pushy or overly salesy (something which was really off putting in other stores). I was advised it was a family run business which makes all of the furniture in a nearby factory. I was able to customise the sofa I wanted, choose my fabric, altered the armrests as well as the feet. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some pointers on what to look out for. The sofa took roughly 5 weeks to arrive and I was communicated with the entire time. I wasn’t entirely sure how my sofa would turn out as I had altered certain aspects but thrilled to say I love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for, has been made to a high standard and looks fantastic in my living area, not to forget how comfy it is. The delivery was seamless as well. Very happy with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.”

Fitters were really good mannered and Patrick even came along personally to inspect the job. You really don’t get better than that! I didn’t know this company and hadn’t considered them but went in after going into another carpet supplier across the road. I’m glad I went in now!”
