βThis was an excellent hotel for the price. I was able to book a twin room that was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was a little shabby but very clean. I will definitely look here first when needing a room in Glasgow next timeβ
βOverdue review but this was such a lovely stay. The room was so spacious, neat and clean. We got a nice little welcome gift pack from the staff which was such a pleasant surprise and added to the nice stay. Couldn't stay for long however if visiting in the future will definitely choose again.β
βI had a small function at home for 30 people and needed food. SAM the chef came through and absolutely smashed it. Full 5 option starters, 4 mains and all the usual accompaniments. The food was so tasty and came ready no need to heat up. Amazing price and thanks again for all help making wifeβs 40th party food.β
βHad our wedding here and service was fantastic. Linzi in particular went above and beyond and really made it special. Callum, Chris, Emma, Mason and Sophie looked after us really well tooβ
βI am convinced to recommend staying here and there are several reasons; 1. Price is extremely reasonable. 2. They serve quite economic breakfast; there are two options: Scottish and continental breakfast. 3. Room and shared toilets and bathrooms/shower rooms are clean and well-managed and the numbers of shared shower rooms are enough. 4. Accessibility to Glasgow city centre is convenient; I could use the subway for reaching the centre. 5. The owner and staff are pretty accommodating and this is very Scottish. 5. You definitely will realise that you more love Scotland than England while staying here. Not crowded people are here, and the ambience was very tranquil unlike London and other England cities. I nowdays hate England, so I recommend to visit this hotel and hopefully relish Scotland traveling.β
βWe booked the most basic room just a day beforehand. We arrived 2 hrs before check-in and the reception lady was kind enough to arrange a room as early as possible. There is a big waterfall next to the hotel. The hotel doesn't arrange taxis but you can call them up to ask for a taxi company's number if needed. Overall nice hotel.β
βReminds me off being at home lovely staff members comfortable beds clean the only thing is I got lost on the way to finding the car park but the rest is lovely will definitely be coming backβ
βA very convenient location with small but clean rooms at a reasonable price. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall stay was simple and pleasant. They also kindly issued an invoice for my business trip without any trouble. The only downside was that the water sounds from other rooms were a bit noisy.β
βThe hotel provided a great experience. The rooms and facilities were clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage prior to check-in, and they courteously offered access to the restroom for changing clothes. Highly recommended.β
βThis was a last minute booking. The staff are friendly and rooms are perfect . Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a very welcome surprise. A real hidden gem . We had the best Indian food we have ever had . And very reasonably priced. I would book ahead though as very popular place .β
βCampanile Glasgow hotel is a simple work of arts, it's about 15 minutes from the City centre and in a quiet and serene environment. The staffs are courteous and helpful and the rooms are really nice. They have a wonderful breakfast and I really look forward to going back there, there is an ample parking space so no need to worry about where to park.β
βDude, for the price, this place is totally worth five stars, for sure. I was really surprised at how well they keep it β it looks like they just redid the whole place. Loch Lomond Shores is just a 13-minute drive from here. I wasn't worried about the food nor public transport since I drove to here and I don't get why people are being so negative, my room was awesome.β
βAs my family and friends were attending an event running till late, I booked this Hotel and my wife upon arrival herself while waiting for the rest of the family seated at reception was welcomed by Mohammed, he offered my wife coffee or tea to drink whilst waiting, both rooms were very tidy and modern, they enjoyed their breakfast this morning. Looking at the photos of the rooms they sent me, it was worth the money for an overnight stay for four.β
βMy first accomadation in Paisley. Convinient place for value and access to any location. Mr.Jemie was very supportive and helpful. If you are thinking of staying Paisley, this is one of the best.β
βStaff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Our room was basic but functional. It was very good location for us. We walked everywhere in the West End.β
Songbird Cattery is a premier feline boarding and grooming facility located in a quiet, scenic area of Airdrie. This business is driven by a genuine passion for cats, offering spacious and immaculate enclosures for every guest. Beyond boarding, the facility features professional grooming services including full grooms, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. The cattery provides a structured daily routine and a specialized food menu to ensure all feline guests are comfortable and well-fed. Owners are kept well-informed through regular social media updates and direct messaging.
βAttempted to get my dog boarded here but unfortunately they were fully booked, spoke with a lovely lady that put us on an late cancellation list but still didn't receive a call.. dogs looked very happy when we went to visit unannounced (which is the way I like to do it so it's the real deal that's seen)β
ββββββ - What an unbelievable night away, this place is spotless top to bottom! This family run business is remarkable and very friendly! We will definitely be back!β
βCannot recommend Pawz & Co highly enough. Our Golden Retriever has been going to Pawz & Co for 18 months now and loves it. He has so much fun, has to be dragged out at the end of the day as he doesnβt want to leave and is completely shattered at night after a day running around with all his friends. All the staff are outstanding. They have so much love and care for all the pups. They know all their personalities and traits. It is a highlight of my day seeing the daily pictures and videos of the fun, shenanigans and down right chaos at times. Mr Finch certainly gives it a five paws rating!β
βOver the last decade, we have spent nights in different places, ranging from five-start hotels to farm nobody. The Gowanlea Guest House was definitely one of the best. Best one-word descriptor would be "charming." Beautiful house and accommodations, comfortable, great location, good food and a wonderful, friendly hostess. I wish we could have stayed longer.β
βWell maintained and secure, dogs loved the obstacles and had loads of free running with the large field. Best place I've found!β
βThese kennels are under new management so gave them a go for daycare for my precious girl. The facilities are endless including a play field and an indoor play area for rainy days. The reception area is bright and welcoming and the staff immediately put my mind at rest for leaving my girl as they were very friendly and she took to them immediately. In addition they have lovely grooming facilities and clean and well maintained kennels which they were happy to show me. I will definitely be using hartfield againβ
βAn excellent service from the team, picturesque, very comfortable, great location, great hosts, fully equipped cottage with the central pieces for me the sophos sound system and the log burner fire. A must stay.β
βWe couldnβt have asked for a better wedding venue than Eden Leisure Village. Set in a beautiful woodland setting, it felt peaceful, intimate, and incredibly special from the moment we arrived. The surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our day and so many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was. The owners Des and Janet were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about giving us the best possible day. Their calm, organised approach and great working relationship with our other suppliers made the whole experience completely stress-free.β
βWe stayed in the Macallan for a week. Loved it. Highly recommend any of the cottages as we have stayed before. The Macallan has a great 180 degree panoramic view across to Glasgow, Erskine, Old Kilpatrick and the Clyde; so chuffed to catch sight of the Waverley paddle steamer heading βdoon the watterβ. Great location for getting to both the city and the countryside. The accommodation is excellent, very well equipped (better than most holiday cottages we have stayed in), very spacious - bathroom with good wide shower, comfortable beds, and bright open plan living room. There is a separate utility room which houses your own freezer, washing machine, and cleaning goods cupboard. Good car parking, including electric car charging. The road to the cottages is single track and shared with walkers and bikers, so best stop and give room. Highly recommend.β
