βStayed there as working close by (nightshift). Great room as Premier Inn's usually are. was very quiet and slept very well. Very welcoming staff. Car park isn't good for vans as spaces are just big enough for cars, so with vans or other larger vehicles spaces are limited. Overall 10/10β
βEverything you would expect from a good hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating, finding the room was easy, and the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I would come back to stay againβ
βVery good hotel right at the city centre with some good views Very accessible and the car park is handy incase you drive. Good buffet selection available for breakfast. The room had no soap available in the bathroom, I wish this can be checked before a new guest is booked.β
βI recently attended a wedding at this hotel restaurant, and I was truly impressed. The service was excellentβwarm, attentive, and very professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The dessert was absolutely exquisite, a perfect finale to a wonderful meal. Everything was organized perfectly, making the celebration even more special. I highly recommend this place for both dining and special events!β
βAbsolutely loved staying in this Travelodge and canβt wait for my next visit and shall stay again. Staff so helpful. Rooms do clean. Loved their remote control hoover. Shopping centre was a treat. Also nice walks along the Clyde few mins from hotel and views of planes.β
βIβve put 5 stars not because itβs a 5 star hotel but for the price it ticked all the boxes I expected well. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and the location is excellent. I didnβt have a car but thereβs a big multi storey covered car park across the road. The breakfast was fantastic. Buffet for your British stapes including beans scrambled egg sausage and bacon. Tea coffee and juice along with continental options plus a berry platter and other fruits. Tasted great but was very busy at 8:30 (they have an overflow room though so not a disaster). Would recommend and visit againβ
βThe location was downtown and bus stops all around. The room was perfect - just as described. Shower was good. The kitchen had what we needed. The washer/dryer worked well. The area isn't ideal, but we had no trouble because we made sure we weren't out and about late at night.β
β10/10 Hailey, Aleshia, Alex and Luke treated us like family and all the staff were happy, friendly and helpful with a smile. Very professional, respectful and kind people. Generous onsite parking and a short walking distance from Glasgow airport terminals. The best premier inn in Scotland highly recommended accommodation. I will be returning again. Kindest regards Joeβ
βExcellent basic room close to the assigned parking we'd been given) Skyport) Clean room, welcoming and friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces available. You may want to dodge the adjoining restaurant we had a pretty grim dinner in there.β
βFrom checking to check out my two nights stay here was absolutely faultless. The staff from reception to Bar or extremely polite, helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and a snack here and both were extremely tasty and hearty. To be perfectly honest with you, I canβt understand why this is only been given a three star rating, it deserves more. Thoroughly recommend staying here I will definitely be back when Iβm in the area.β
βWonderful venue for our wedding. Special mention to Mia who went above and beyond to have the day running seamlessly. Food was superb and all the staff were lovely to speak to from start to finish. Our guests have since made return trips on their own to have another go on the menu the food was so nice.β
βHad a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Glasgow (Motherwell) - the location is perfect with a beautiful views from the room. Robert, Amanda, Natasha and Rueiri at reception was absolutely brilliant, taking time to chat and giving us excellent recommendations for local attractions. Their warm welcome and local knowledge really made our visit special. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with high standards clearly maintained throughout. We also tried The Newhouse Beefeater restaurant right next door, which was so convenient. The menu has great variety and the food was delicious - definitely worth a visit. Between the stunning views, immaculate rooms, and the hotle's outstanding service, this was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and return!β
βNice room. Nice place. Located a bit away from the city centre. Code to get in the front door if you come in late at night.β
βWhat a great place to stay in Falkirk. The rooms were extremely clean, beds comfy, and the bar served great food, and very affordable pints. Lastly the staff and owners were awesome and truly care, we had such a great time staying here. Edinburgh wishes they had places like this. Thank you so much - Andrew and Diana from Canada.β
βLoved staying here! A 5/10 mins walk from Central Station The rooms are perfect for a weekend away with all you need. Caitlin at reception was a star: courteous, kind, and gave us a welcome drink when checking-in; also shout out to her supervisor, who helped us out the entire stay! The beds are comfortable, room was clean, and every need had been met. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the beautiful Glasgow, as it is super close to the main attractions all by foot. (also available next to it a bus stop!)β
βKirsten at breakfast was very helpful and kept on filling and topping up the breakfast options. Very helpful / vegetarian menu available upon request. We stay in a family room and it was amazing.β
βRooms are in need of a refresh but still kept clean and had a lovely sleep. Gave it 5 stars even if it isnβt as new and fresh looking as some of the other premier inns I have stayed in as the staff were wonderful and friendly.β
βAbsolutely loved my stay at Premier Inn Stepps. The staff were so welcoming, the room was spotless, and the whole place had a really comfortable, relaxed feel. The location is perfect and parking was easy. Iβd happily stay again and highly recommend it!β
βPerfect for what we needed. Clean, pleasant and close to where we needed to be. Fair price. Staff member Karen on the front desk was so so lovely and chatted with me and my daughter. There was another 2 girls working while we were there and they were so friendly and accommodating.β
βWe loved this hotel, stayed for one night as a wee childfree night away. We were warmly welcomed and our room was so light, clean and spacious, with a mini bar and coffee machine (we had upgraded to a superior, v worth it). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. We visited the spa twice, both times not too busy, really clean and we had a lovely time. We ate out at night but breakfast in the morning was buffet with other menu choices, some with a charge. The buffet had plenty of choice and was all good. We'd highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.β
βDelightful place to eat especially for the narrow canal people. The atmosphere is lovely and very restful/peaceful. The wait staff are personable and professional. Service was impeccable. Options provide a variety of well prepared. There are also vegan items on the menu.β
βWe had a fabulous stay here. Clean and comfortable rooms, amazingly friendly staff, great breakfast, and a fantastic bar. It's conveniently located in Glasgows West End, with an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars all close by. If you do stay, visit the botanical gardens across the road. There is a subway close by which will get you into Glasgow Town Centre in 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommended!β
βSo clearly a party palace for the city. However the beds were clean and comfy, and other than a Sunday bin collection at 7am... it was pretty peaceful, even though it is situated in a busy area of town. The suite had clear signs of being used for parties.... with sellotape marks on walls. And smelled of smoke. And some idiot had stole the light bulbs from the bedside lamps. Something cleaners wldnt have noticed as they probably dont put the small lights on in daylight when they clean. Other than that. . For a girls trip.. we wld book again. Did not use the spa as had no time.β
βA big thank-you to all the staff at Queen Street, Glasgow. I had a fantastic 2 night stay. Ideally situated for shopping and eating out. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough. Looking forward to my next visit!!β
βWent for spa day and afternoon tea. Both therapists were absolutely amazing we both left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Both so attentive, nothing wS too much trouble. Afternoon tea was also amazing and they catered for us as vegetarians. Will be back. Highly recommend.β
β10 of us went there for my wife's birthday. The staff could not have been any more helpful. The food was served hot and very tasty. The drinks were served within a few minutes of ordering. WE will be going back and would seriously recommend this place for a meal or a group.β
βI had such a great stay here! The room was super clean and the bedding was so comfyβI slept like a dream every night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again! We've stayed all around Scotland and this was by far our favorite place!β
βPerfect location and very accessible for any professional workers requiring a place to stay. Manager is one of the nicest people do not be put off by the 12 midnight shut as it is more than Worth it. Manager was very helpful and is just a regular family man like you or I. Food was top quality all fresh which is all you can ask for and the prices of there dalmore beats the average boozer by Β£2 a nip. Do not worry about portion size it is definitely adequate. Bedrooms are small but I got a single so don't think you and the Mrs can fit a single room. Other than this everything else was perfect. Loved my stay thanks again for making it feel like home for my 3 day stay!!β
βWas greeted by excellent front desk staff who were INCREDIBLY helpful and cheery. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast in the Novotel was great value (& fresh). Check-out staff (at 5am!!) also went above and beyond to help with my boarding pass. I HIGHLY recommend the Ibis Hotel if you are staying in Glasgow!β
βI cannot say enough positive things about our stay at the Argyl Hotel. The location was central enough to be accessible to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was very good. We wanted to extend our stay and the front desk people made sure we could stay. The best thing about the hotel is the warmth and caring of everyone who took the time to talk with us and attend to all our needs. My wife sprained her ankle and they went downstairs to the restaurant to get her ice.β
