βAll of the team at the Lynnhurst and our wedding planner Kerry-Ann were absolutely fantastic and made our day so special by going over and above in all aspects from planning, arranging and particular for the ceremony set up we asked for out of their normal arrangement to the service and support on the day. Kerry-Ann even helped cut personal made bouquets to help us in the morning and was a supporting shoulder for worries on the day. They were all very welcoming and friendly and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We couldnβt have picked a better venue! The venue itself was also very well maintained and beautiful in the wedding area. If we had to do it again weβd choose the Lynnhurst again!β
βThe best service I have received ever from a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, explained all facilities. Would go above and beyond. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone wanting a spa getaway as the Aura Spa is out of this world. Helen at reception went above and beyond to make your spa experience out of this world. My partner had the hero package and said it's worth every penny, Chen her masseuse got every knot out and relaxed her to point of sleeping. Rosie my masseuse, gave me a deep tissue massage and she has magic hands. Definitely a must if you stay at hotel.β
βLovely apartment in a really nice spot in Glasgow's west end, staff were very good also. Highly recommended. Thanks againβ
βWe had a lovely overnight stay in the Woodland Golf Lodge, there was everything we needed in the lodge and the hot tub was lovely with great views. Jennifer who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.β
βFraser was the best waiter we have had in recent times. The food was brilliant but the service really made itsβ
βWe were so pleased we chose Number 10 Hotel as our wedding venue. The day ran so smoothly, staff were incredible, and the food was sublime. Our guests commented on how well organised the day was, and this was largely down to our fabulous co-ordinator Heather. From day one we felt in safe hands, and we had a day that we really wanted, and both couldn't be happier. Special mention to Tam and Neil who were fantastic. Thank you Heather, and all of the team, for making our day unforgettable- for all the right reasons!β
βThe Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St. Enoch Square) offers an exceptional base for exploring the vibrant heart of Glasgow. Its location is truly unbeatable, making it a standout choice for both leisure and business travelers. Situated right by St. Enoch Square, you're mere steps away from the bustling Buchanan Street, Glasgow's premier shopping destination, and the lively main market. What truly elevates this hotel is its incredible proximity to transport links. Being near both Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations means seamless connections for arriving, departing, or venturing further afield. This convenience eliminates any travel stress, allowing you to maximize your time enjoying the city. The hotel itself upholds Premier Inn's reliable standards: clean, comfortable rooms, often with their signature Hypnos beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the immediate area is buzzing, the rooms offer a quiet retreat from the city' noise. Whether you're in Glasgow for shopping, culture, or business, the Premier Inn at St. Enoch Square provides a wonderful, convenient, and comfortable experienceβ
βThe Village is a fantastic hotel with everything you need under one roof. Thereβs a Starbucks, a pub & grill, swimming facilities, and a sauna and steam room β whatβs not to love? The staff are incredibly friendly and canβt do enough for you. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The food was top-tier, and the service was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend The Village. Thank you!β
βHotel is/was being worked on, and parking is a little limited but is free. Still a very good Permier inn stay. Good large room, nice bathroom and shower, all clean with a modern layout. Great bed.β
βStayed one night at the start of our trip. Were very accommodating to our requests, reasonable prices, comfortable beds and clean rooms. We didn't use the restaurant so we can't comment on it.β
βIncredible job done by Steph and team on our Maltipooβs first groom today highly recommend.β
βWas staying for 2 nights and from check in until check out it was perfect. Staff was lovely, rooms were incredibly clean, super quiet and a very well equipped kitchen. There's no plugs by the top bunks but they got extension cords so you can make it work quite easily. The beds are so comfy. Bathroom lights are quite bright so sleep mask might be good to bring but that's an essential for me anyway in a hostel. They have a very beautiful lounge room to read in, there's a whiteboard on the wall with what's on in the area. If you don't want to catch the bus it's only about 30 minutes walk to Glasgow central station or a 10 minute walk to the bus station and there's a little park right by the hostel with lots of squirrels. The whole building is just beautiful and I will definitely stay again!β
βJust back from an overnight stay. Fab hotel. We were going to concert at the OVO. Great location for it. It is literally round the corner from it. Check in and out was easy and fast. Kathleen was amazing so helpful and friendly. She remembered us in the morning when checking out too which was amazing considering how busy it was. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the bar and service was quick and meal was fab. Breakfast was great too. Fab Team keeping things running like clock work . Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room great too. We stayed in Room 210. It was quiet and great sized room. Fridge was bonus.β
βFinally got to stay in a Virgin Hotel! Brought my fiancΓ© for a city break for a weekend. Everything exceeded expectations. Stunning decor all around the hotel - every detail has been considered. Lauren welcomed us and they went above and beyond - so friendly and allowed us to grab our (upgraded) room early and took our bags to our room. Amazing service. All felt so effortless. Loved the Petite Chamber, I've seen some comments about the size but the separate dressing area and lounge made it feel really spacious, and the sliding door separates the areas. Dresser was perfect for getting ready, also loved that the shower and toilet were in separate cubicles. Stopped the room from getting steamy after a shower. Perfect water temperature. Bed was perfect - I haven't slept that well in a long time. Thermostat was easy to control and made the room a perfect temperature. Room controls & more on TV (loved that), especially appreciated the cast feature as I've always wanted this in other hotels! Plenty of plug sockets and USB outlets - did really like that there's USB-C PD too. We also ate in the Common Club which was superb, on the expensive side but delicious food, and the vegan options were fab (had the mushroom shawarma). I didn't manage to get the mobile key to work and did find some of the light controls fiddly (such as delayed input from the app or no input received at all) but I think this will improve with time. Also, Virgin mention that the mini bar prices are supposed to be more in line with high-street prices, but they were expensive. I'd also suggest more storage for clothing. We will be back. Thank you!β
βJust home from my son`s wedding & want to leave a review while it`s still fresh in my mind, no point singling out our room, or hall or any part/place specifically, it`s all spotless! The staff I couldn`t fault at all, BUT, there`s one thing that that stood out for me, the food, from the first evening meal on arrival to the breakfast on the morning we left, excellent, I`ve never commented on mash potatos before! Delicious, I`d recommend the `Shin Of Beef` if you, like me, love meat, (more gravy next time please) I was thanked over & over by other guests after their experience in this hotel (It was my son`s choice because of location for the various guests but, hey ho, I accept compliments however they come) overall, a fantastic experience.β
βI recently stayed at the Moxy hotel and overall, I loved the room and the location! The design was modern and stylish, and I enjoyed the vibe. However, one thing that would make a big difference for longer-term stays is additional storage space. Unfortunately, my room was missing a cupboard, which made it tricky to organize my clothes. Hope this gets addressed, as I'd love to stay here again.β
βWe booked as we had a concert that evening and didnβt fancy battling the car park after ! It was reasonably priced ! Check in was a breeze ! Car park is behind the hotel who will validate your parking to reduce the cost by half. The room was just as needed ! Halls were clean and tidy very quiet despite it being a very busy hotel by the crowds downstairs having same idea we had ! Staff were friendly and helpfulβ¦ late check out of 12pm was amazing as didnβt need to rush to get out early after a late nightβ
βGreat location, if you have a flight early morning or coming late, very short walking distance from airport. Clean room with plenty space. Perfect service, very quick check in and out, and every good service with restaurant. I ready recommend, there is everything what is needed. And nice atmosphereβ
βOutstanding location close to everything. Stayed three nights, although it's was my 7th trip to Scotland it was my first stay here. Room was small but comfortable. Free laundry which is a rarity. Close to everything. Oh and a really nice gym!β
βDidn't stay over but attended for a family event. Staff were all brilliant but special heads up to the chefs - Avril and Sean. Their food was amazing and they were so friendly too! Gillian from Newcastleβ
βAttended a meeting in the reception area with colleagues today . From arrival at 9:00 till leaving at the end of the day Annemarie was a superstar. After 40+ years in Hotel Management she was the ideal person you wanted in the front of house. So friendly and welcoming, very attentive and kept checking on us from arrival coffee, breakfast and lunch. As we have just moved to new business premises in Bellshill this will be our go to Hotel.β
βStayed at the hotel for my daughterβs wedding on the 19th July. The breakfast was good and the location is excellent. I have to comment on the level of service from Gary on front of house. He is a consummate professional and incredibly helpful. I will definitely return in future. Thanks to all of the staff for helping to make my daughters day specialβ
βBeautiful clean room with the most amazing bed! Tea and coffee provided with a kettle, TV, and luxurious towels. Free Wi-Fi too, which works very well. Fantastic staff, totally recommend.β
βNever stayed at the hotel but have been in for food a few times and haven't been disappointed yet. Their coffee and cake offer is good if you want a quick bite, afternoon tea was lovely and their main menu offers a fair bit of choice. Service has always been good, haven't waited too long for food. We do enjoy the craft fayres although would be good to see a bit more variety/more food stalls.β
βHad an excellent stay and wanted to give a big shout-out to the team, especially Stuart and Devlin. From the moment we arrived, Stuart was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. He gave us brilliant recommendations for places to visit around Glasgow, and his knowledge of the cityβs history was honestly amazing. We ended up exploring a few spots he mentioned and loved themβit really added something special to the trip. Dinner was another highlight, and Devlin deserves huge credit for that. The service was outstandingβreally attentive and relaxed, perfectly timed, and full of great suggestions. It made the meal feel like an experience rather than just a quick bite, and the food itself was fantastic. Also, a shout-out to the new girl who was working that nightβwe didnβt catch her name, but she was lovely and handled everything with confidence and a smile. Youβd never have guessed she was new. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and it made our stay genuinely memorable. Weβll definitely be backβ
βStayed here during a 4 day family holiday in Glasgow. The hotel was great location for me and my family. Halal places were 15mins drive away with very good motorway links so made it that much easier for us to grab food. Check in was quick and seamless. Didnβt have any major issue, the only small issue we had was the room was extremely hot but hotel did provide fans in their room but didnβt really help with cooling the room down. Overall a pleasant stay!β
βJust spent two fantastic days at the Torrance Hotel, celebrating my Sonβs Wedding, everything was amazing the venue and attention to detail was spot on, the staff throughout the hotel were all just lovey and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, the meal at the Wedding reception was delicious as was the food we had in the restaurant, I have had many messages from friends & family saying what a fantastic day they all had, all complementing on the meal and the hotel in general. I would highly recommend this hotel as a Wedding Venue, or even for a visit to the restaurant, you wonβt be disappointed.β
βLocal to us but hadnβt tried their restaurant before - though seen good things online! We were in the regular restaurant as Sidings wasnβt open so weβll be back to try that. It was midweek during the day and wasnβt busy. Service was quick and we were checked in on regularly. They have a good Market Menu Monday - Friday, 12pm - 4pm. We went for 2 courses for Β£14.95. Drinks are reasonably priced too. Went for the haggis fritters to start and the fish and chips for the main - really tasty and quick to come out!β
βThis was an exceptional hotel for the price point! The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was spacious. Lots of room to sit for a drink or meal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and refreshed regularly. They also had gluten free options available! The staff were professional, helpful and kind! A great locations, minutes to the Queen train station and George Square. On a major bus route and 2 mins from the subway! Highly recommend!β
βWell what an amazing day, Lorraine, Amy and their staff did an outstanding job. Our wedding couldnβt have gone any better. From start to finish it was so professional and magical. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Amy and Lorraine you both are stars, you made me feel not only clam but also beautiful. Honestly wouldnβt off had my wedding at any other venue you have all made my dream wedding come true we are forever grateful. Love the new Mr & Mrs Yorkβ
