“An unexpected look at the birds in the aviary as well as the Rhea's and Wallabies in the semi open area.”
“Beautiful with various paths through the woods or on the estuary banks”
“Just completed the RPM class today( new year's eve) with Claire...and it was brilliant, fun and really uplifting what a star this instructor is, top class, big thank you Claire have a greatnew year”
“Nice clean swimming pool and area. Had a great time with my two boys first time they have been to this swimming pool. Staff are all nice, and plenty of parking that is free. Highly recommend.”
“Had my sons 6th Birthday Party here & it was brilliant. We were deligated a member of staff who oversaw the party, topped up drinks for the children, offered to do party games, very attentive. Hall size was amazing, lots of space and soft play equipment, bouncy castle was huge. Staff grouped the children together at the end of the party for a photo. Food room is a good size with plenty of selection. The chicken nuggets being the children and adults favourite. They even added chocolate bars and a free swim pass into the party bags. They even gave my son a personal birthday card which was a lovely touch with a family swim pass on the back. Overall worth the money. My only issue would be that I was only given 10 minutes before the party started to get decorations, party bags, cake etc set up & some parents had already arrived for the party. Would book again and recommend to other parents! Thank you for making my sons birthday party a memorable one!”
“Pickering Park is a wonderful place to visit with family and dogs. Its lush greenery makes it a perfect spot to relax. The park features walking paths, ponds, bird-watching areas, playgrounds, and open spaces. It’s great for children, too, with so many birds to see. If you enjoy fishing, you’ll find that opportunity here as well.”
“Nice place for walking, running and relaxing (It has a playing field, pond and river)”
“Oak Road Playing Fields are very large there is about five different Fields. The edge of the playing fields at the back goes right up to the river Hull and you can walk along the River bank occasionally seeing the odd boat. It's a great place for walking dogs. It's not exactly a playground for children no roundabouts or swings, the fields are mainly used for sport and exercise. There is the decent size to car park, it's great place to get out and about in the fresh air and some large green Open Spaces, so few places like this in the city.”
“Great place for a leisurely walk or bike ride”
“Lovely place and an haven for wildlife and wildfowl, it is a shame the discarded litter and abandoned fishing equipment. possibly the site should have more restricted access or more surveillance.”
“GP referral originally, for a free 24 token powered chairs course, but progressed to the gym after 6 sessions. Now a fully paid member & never looked back.”

“Our first visit to our home town in 6 years so we made the most of getting to see all the changes that have happened. Sorry to see that Dudley the donkey has been removed but hopefully he'll be back before long. The forces memorials are excellent.”
“Brilliant pool, go as many times as I can to Aqua fit and I love it, the staff are great, Mike is an amazing instructor with his sidekick lifeguard Mason, the whole lesson is great fun and you don't feel like you're exercising, would highly recommend.”
“Lovely area and lots of events on. Well served by buses, car park nearby in Princes Quays and elsewhere n town. Nearby city shops and eateries.”
“Great day out.. good sized hall and lovely facilities.”
“Decent amount of car parking available. I visited East Riding Leisure Beverly to attend an event that was hosted in one of their conference rooms. The catering was good. Finding the conference room was easy. Staff were friendly. I also noticed it’s wheelchair friendly. Lots of green spaces outdoor for fresh air when you need it.”
“Ashby Ville Nature Reserve is a spacious reserve in a former gravel pit with footpaths and a boardwalk surrounding a large lake. There is a free car park with an information board giving details of the wildlife you will see. It is a great place popular with dog walkers and fishermen.”
“Went for fun swim and waves. Very fun, wasn’t too busy. My kids had lots of fun and was easily accessible because of the sloped entrance, nice little water slide too.”

“A very good swimming pool and the best pool by far in North Lincolnshire. A huge area to swim in for the adult swim. Not that busy, so a whole lane to myself. Bright and clean, and a very good changing village. Only point for improvement would be to have more power in the showers. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.”
“Really nice even though its a small area, its a loop path and takes around 5 minutes to walk around, in winter/early spring the valley area also fills up with water and brings ducks/swans”
“Played in this park as a child. Always made little model boats to sail in the pond”
