“This company is excellent. The staff bend over backwards to help you - Sophie in particular has been amazing. If there are any parts missing, incorrect or damaged, they are ultra quick to replace and rush your order through and send out replacements free of charge (even whilst they are getting through other existing orders!). The quality of the products are superb and way better than any other manufacturers that we've seen. Thank you Ultima for being there for us! I have no idea why there are bad reviews on here. Nothing was too much trouble she brokered between me and my buyer, constantly being our link between the solicitors and kept everyone updated right until the final day, sending constant emails, taking all my phone calls of which there were a lot and even staying late on a Friday so I could drop the keys in. “We lived in Samara for 2 and a half years now. It has ups and downs but overall I can say it has been great. The location is really good as it is just walking distance from work. I just hope the elevator won’t stop working again for a long a time as it is hard to carry stuffs all the way upstairs. Otherwise, their team is professional and approachable. Ewan really helped and assist us from the process of transferring to a new flat. It made the renting process way less stressfull than I expected. I also loved their complimentary wifi. So I would recommend Samara to other people.”
