“Wow, stumbled upon The Market in Chester and there are loads of stalls to choose from. All types of street food being served. Fancied a burger, normally you get a tasteless grease laden bit of meat. Teddy served us, great service, with a smile. Both of our burgers were cooked to perfection, a chicken burger and a xL smokey. The fries were great too. Now let's get back to these burgers, the XL was 2 patties of wonderful tasting beef. Lovely smoked bacon, cheese and pickles. The chicken burger was according to my wife, proper chicken, loads of flavour. Great job guys.”
“Strawberry Collins cocktails... highly recommend. Staff could not have been lovelier. Great jacket potato. Clean. Outdoor area too.”
“Visited of a lunch time and had coffee and the French Onion soup. Coffee was fabulous and the soup on another level to what I’ve had before. The service and atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, I will definitely be back!”
“Lovely staff, nice food at reasonable prices. Lots of tables, so always manage to get a table.”
“Amaaaazing place!! Loved the food, best roast I've had in a restaurant to date, generous portions, great prices, lovely staff, great music and amazing interior. Just love this place.”
“Lovely little friendly bar and a perfect meeting place with ample parking. I book ahead before I go and I have been many times now with clients and friends. There is a good choice for breakfast on the menu and it is nicely cooked. The homemade cake selection is very tempting and lovely the big pots of tea. The Team are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be back again soon :)”
“This gave me a warm welcome back after going away to Kyoto Japan so I had a scrambled egg and toast and a cup of coffee and it was great 5 stars”
“Just back to the UK and had a full English breakfast.. 10 out of 10 set me up for the rest of the journey home ...”

“Not a review but a question. Are you guys only available to Datel or other customers?”
“Absolutely love this local hidden gem. Food, staff, venue absolutely spot on. Breakfast to die for!!! Ow and Sunday dinners!!!”
“Amazing food and service. Specials are always brilliant. Delivery is quick and food is always hot.”
“Excellent service, good food and a very pleasant environment.”
“Had a mouth-watering club sandwich with a refreshing berry lemonade at this charming bridge café and bistro — perfectly layered, bursting with fresh ingredients, and served with a smile. Highly recommend stopping by for a delicious bite and drink!”
“Lovely food but a little pricey”
“Excellent dumplings! It is a very simple dish but very hard to master to the level found here. They are filled with a lot of mixture and all of them came perfect considering they are all handmade. We have tried multiple variations and all of them were excellent. I kind of regret not trying the special of the day as it sounded more experimental but considering how good the standard ones have been, we’ll have to come again one day. Great service and very nice place to dine it. Bravo!”
“Attractive venue just a short way from the front and so much more interesting than the franchise offerings. Menu offers a good range of interesting dishes, all with a twist at a very reasonable price. The "115 Thing" a dish of ox tail stew with sausage and mustard mash was outstanding. Puddings were also very good and service was efficient and friendly. This small restaurant is very well worth a visit, and very good value for money.”
“Had a lovely evening here at our first visit. It certainly won't be our last! Loved the food, jerk chicken, rice and peas, festival and jerk gravy, also scotchie sauce. The cocktail I had, rum punch, was the best I've tasted anywhere and the guinness punch my husband had was great too. The music was perfect and the service excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return. This couple deserve to succeed, they are passionate about this restaurant and it shows”
“We’ve just had an incredible meal. I tried the wagu ribeye which is a great recent(ish) addition to the menu - highly recommended. Our waitress was the lovely Abbie who was as very attentive and made us giggle. Thanks Abbie and team for a great post-shopping dinner!”
“Visited on a quiet Wednesday evening and was thoroughly impressed by the service. I was served by an energetic and just generally wonderful gentleman named Alex. He has an innate talent for informal - but not unfriendly - welcomes and ensures that every individual be speaks to its made to feel like the most important person in the room. Attentive, but not overbearing. A chap of such outstanding quality reflects a gold standard that every premises should aspire to. The fare, of course, was magnificent, but the true star of the show was not what was on the plate. But rather, the people responsible for it. 10/10 top-to-bottom. No notes.”
“Lovely bar with a great atmosphere and beautiful cocktails. Quick/ attentive service and drinks were great - lovely grasshopper. Will be returning!”
“Consistently great food! A warm welcome & a relaxed vibe Love this little place great imaginative menu a nice atmosphere Great to support a local family business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Husband and I went for an early tea as we had the opportunity of a baby sitter! Food is always fantastic here, I have literally never had a bad meal after visiting for 15+ years. Marc heads up a team of exceptional chefs whilst the waiting-on staff make sure you are well looked after. Michelin star quality food but with better portion sizes. The mix of French classic cuisine with some Asian dishes and top notch Italian pastas never ceases to amaze me. The menu is small (ish) but executed perfectly. There is a reason this place is booked up weeks in advance, but if you're in the local area you simply must visit”
“I had such a lovely experience at Stile Napoletano in Chester. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive. Highly recommend booking in advance — the place is small and fills up quickly. A perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or a cosy evening out. I’ll definitely be back!”
“We had the Sunday roast and it was honestly amazing — perfectly cooked meats, crisp roast potatoes, rich gravy, and beautifully prepared veg. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with care. The setting is cosy and stylish without feeling formal, and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax and enjoy your meal. A proper treat for a Sunday — we’ll definitely be back soon!”
