“Beautiful restaurent, locating the entrance was a bit daunting being alone but once I was inside, it felt like a hidden gem. There was an excellent efficient service with hard working young, polite gentlemen. The restaurant had a lot of character and beautifully decorated. The heating made the booth nice and cosy which made a big difference as it was near the enterence. The tables were clean and had very comfortable seats. Lovely range of curries, however there was no drinks menu but staff were well trained enough to let us know the available beverages. It would have been better with some background music as other tables got understandably very festive and loud. Overall we all enjoyed the food and will be back. The biriyani was amazing, one of the best ones I have had in a long while. The curries were all lovely but surprised that the tikka masala was unexpectedly sweet, tasted good still so I was happy.”
“We had our wedding reception in the private function room upstairs. It seated 26 of us comfortably. There were 3 small children running around and 2 other babies. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Everyone single one of our guests said how amazing the food was.”
“Visit Lime Street Central several times now. The bar is in a great location and has a big selection of drinks to choose from. The food is and I've always found the service to be excellent. Really enjoy the overall atmosphere, and will continue to return in the future.”
“We booked Cancello for a family pre Christmas get together for 16 people. Booking was straightforward and they asked us to pre order starters and mains the week before. On arty the welcome was warm and the table prepared perfectly. Everyone’s individual choice was spot on and the quality of the food exceptional. We had 3 young children and a baby in our group, and the staff were lovely towards them. A great venue, lovely atmosphere and superb food. Highly recommended.”
“Absolutely amazing, food was delicious and staff were lovely. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Callum and Gary you were both fabulous.”
“We visited last night with a party of 9, we had an amazing time celebrating my dad's birthday, food was really amazing and large portions. the decor was comfy and cosy. The staff were very accommodating with the space they had, but worth noting if visiting with a wheelchair user there is no disabled toilets. The staff were very polite friendly and helpful.”
“Had a lovely evening after a last minute decision to eat out and chose Kurdina. Despite being busy, and us having no booking, the staff quickly separated off a table and seated us. Good choice on the menu. We started with garlic bread to share followed by lasagna and the salmon steak. Both were excellent and we finished off with the vanilla cheesecake which was just divine. The restaurant was immaculate and there was a great atmosphere with families and birthday parties happening. A good mix of casual and formal diners so go in jeans or wear a dress, neither is out of place. Total cost was just £60 which included a bottle of wine.”
“Truly the most amazing, exquisitely prepared and flavoursome English Sunday roast I've ever had. Astonishingly good. Kudos to the chef”
“Very friendly service. The food was a very generous portion and tasted fabulous. A relaxed atmosphere with a nice bit of music. Will definitely go back if we come this way again.”
“Amazing hidden gem, food was delicious and staff super friendly, would highly recommend”
“First time at Est Italian for date night and wasn't disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious. Definitely recommend and will definitely return. Very reasonably priced too.”
“My wife and I dropped in for an early evening dinner and were delighted with the friendly reception and atmosphere. Great food and not ridiculously over priced. We will certainly try to visit again. [The photo is one of the Chef's Specials: Fillet Steak Rossini and strongly recommended.]”
“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I’ve been to Leo’s Italian Restaurant on a Saturday night, we booked a table for 3. The staff is very kind and supportive, the food is incredible. You can easily notice that their products are above the standard quality. The place is beautiful and elegant. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to make a great first impression with someone. The price is quite reasonable, considering the high quality of the service. We’ll be back for sure!”
“Really great, went for lunch with my husband. He had the fillet of steak and ribs for starters and I had goats cheese to start, caprese salad for main. Both were delicious! Atmosphere was lovely and waiting staff were great- would recommend.”
“Ruqiah provided fantastic service, the food was lovely and the very central location was nice. My favourite dish was the camembert, photo attached!”
“The pizza here was phenomenal, excellent quality which is nice as you feel like you’re still getting a premium type experience despite the fabulously casual vibe of the restaurant:) the prices of the pizzas were reasonable, around £12-14 from what I remember and were definitely worth it. My partner and I also tried the Iced Bailey’s Latte (a cocktail) which was stunning and something a bit different! Would really recommend coming here, it can get quite busy on a weekend so would also recommend booking just to be on the safe side! Overall an amazing experience:)”
“Great food and atmosphere! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter Italian restaurant in the heart of Liverpool. The restaurant itself was gorgeous and the service was great! We really enjoyed our food too with no complaints whatsoever! 5 stars on all fronts!”
“I can Highly recommend this Italian restaurant if you are in Liverpool. Lobster ravioli was excellent. Lovely staff. We were going to a concert at Liverpool cathedral ( Heather Small). Only a few mins walk away. Will definitely be back.”
“Riva blu is one of our favourite restaurants and we went back for lunch last Sunday our server was so warm and kind and the food was amazing as usual. I forgot the name of our server but he definitely made our experience even better!”
“Finally booked for Sunday dinner as few people had said they were lovely. omg would highly recommend it was delicious we as a couple are quite fussy, it’s the roast potatoes for me and wow they were perfect, we went for the beef roast dinner and 100% be back again! The only thing I could criticise is were we sat it was a bit cold so had to sit with our jackets on whilst eating. But still wouldn’t put me off from booking again.”
“Lovely calm atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and quick to seat you and serve drinks. Food is amazing, it was our second visit this year and I had the same food as the first time. It was just as good, I wish we lived closer! You're not waiting long for food either. Just great all round!”
“Went for lunch and I had chargrilled chicken rigatoni. My wife had pan fried salmon gnocchi and my son had sirloin steak. Not one complaint or critique!!! The food was absolutely gorgeous!! Worth every penny!!!”
“Been coming for years, food is always lovely and good prices; waiters are always friendly and manager is always lovely and understanding. Highly recommend visiting, in my opinion best italian in hindley/wigan. Will always revisit.”
“Lovely food and lovely service , our waitress Anna Maria was such a lovely host and very smiley and helpful on deciding which dish we wanted to try as it was our first time visiting and trying out prezzo such a lovely restaurant will be back again definitely as the food was so delicious and was a lovely atmosphere within the restaurant its self”
“I would recommend booking before arriving for a Sunday roast as this place was absolutely buzzing! The soup of the day was melt in your mouth delicious and flavoured perfectly! We tried the chicken, pork and beef roasts. They were equally amazing. I preferred the chicken as it came with crispy skin. The pork came with wonderful crackling if that's your bag. You cannot leave here without having pudding. The brownie, cheesecake and toffee pudding were out of this world. The kitchen is on point with timing and the wait staff did them proud despite how busy it was. Lovely, warm, welcoming and worth a visit for sure. You won't regret it!”
“Extremely good restaurant. The staff, especially the Italian man, who i assume was the manager, were lovely and very welcoming. he was extremely helpful and was thorough when explaining the food; he was very polite along with the rest of the staff. the starters were brought out with only about a 10 minute wait, and the food produced was amazing and very well presented. the mains were lovely and were brought out in no time - everyone was full after this! this is an amazing restaurant and i have already recommended this to family and friends - will be coming here again!”
“If only all pizzarias were as good as this. I rarely have pizzas as I feel they are poor value but the one I had here was amazing. Service was friendly and prompt. The base was the best I have ever had and the topping was sumptious. The ingredients were so fresh and good quality I ate it all - I usually take half home because I had got bored with it. Not from this place. Definately going back”
“Best pizza and pasta in liverpool! Food was piping hot and arrived before stated time. Would order again. If you want original tasting pizza that doesn’t slide off the slice and a pasta that tastes like it’s from a 5 star restaurant, Scoozi is the place to go! Thanks guys”
“Used be a standard burger place but has recently been taken over by an Indian family - still offer burgers etc but the Indian food is top notch! Had garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken chaat, biryani - so much food and only cost us 10£/head. Will be back next week Edit: website is shocking though - please fix it asap or you will lose customers. Website either freezes or says the order has gone through (on pay on arrival) but then get told they don’t have any record of it abd you have to reorder and wait”
“Lovely little place with good food. My fillet and chicken was cooked lovely and plenty of portion sizes too.”
