The outdoor village layout is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a really pleasant shopping experience. “I had an amazing time at Renshaw Street Food Market! The variety of food options is fantastic, and the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Katsu Curry Fried Rice from the Rice and Noodles shop, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy, the curry sauce was rich and flavorful, and the fried rice complemented the dish so well. It was definitely worth the money—great portion size and incredible taste! The overall ambiance of the market was lively and enjoyable, making it a perfect spot to enjoy good food. Highly recommend visiting, and I’ll definitely be back to try more!”

“Nice and quaint old pub in the back streets of the old town, near the Cathedral. Full of old charm and has a sun trap yard for outside drinking. Worth a pop, if you fancy somewhere a bit nice, historic and off the beaten track.”

“My first visit, beer was excellent and plenty of lagers to pick from on draft, pub was busy staff managed to get throu customers quickly, toilets were excellent very clean, only critism someone opened door leading to beer garden and left it open in middle of october had to put my coat back on has it was cold.”

“Food was so fresh and tasty, the kids loved the pasta dishes and me and the wife loved our pizzas. Everything was very hot and fresh and had great flavour. Service was great also, really nice staff, and very quick and attentive, the chef even asked us if everything was okay as he was passing. Little hidden gem this, will definitely be returning !”

“Great atmosphere for such a small bar! Can't recommend the Tuesday quiz enough as it always a laugh and the prizes are fab. If you're a veggie or a vegan then the menu is to die for, well priced and relatively quick service. There's even board games for whilst you're waiting or if you just fancy playing 'em!”

“First time going here yesterday as I’d never seen it before and they’ve only been open 2 weeks. Has to be the best food and drink I have had from a brunch spot in my life. Me and my friend shared a club sandwich and shakshuka, everything was so flavourful and fresh. The coffee and chai was to DIE for. I will be recommending to everyone I know!”

“Fairly frequent visitors here and never disappoints! Cannot praise the staff and cooks enough, service always great and the food always good. Ordered Birria tacos, Diablo burger and some tapas for the table and was honestly one of the best meals me or my partner have ever eaten out - silence at the table bc we were enjoying it so much that didn’t want to stop to have a chat hahaha. Absolutely 10/10 can’t wait to come back (again)”

“Wow where do we start. We can certainly tick off all of the boxes above. We dined at the chesire branch for fathers day 2025. After looking at the menu I knew it would be the best place for myself, my husband and our 2 children aged 1 & 4. We had travelled 2 hours for a weekend in chester therefore I couldn't bring with me any decor for fathers day, the amazing manager Laura instantly gave us a balloon to take away and the most amazing and welcoming service, infact every member of staff we interacted with were so pleasant. The restaurant clearly went above and beyond to ensure everyone there enjoyed fathers day and any other occasion they may have. The food was really good and left us wanting more even though we were full. The staff were amazing with the kids, which actually led mummy and daddy enjoy their meal. This does not happen often, so a very special thank you!! Thank you las iguanas cheshire for really making our evening, and giving us an amazing fathers day evening. When visiting chesire again, you will be the first on our list!”

“Amazing service. I forgot to get his name but he was so friendly and chatty. Nothing was too much for him. Food was quick although it was quiet so can't speak for busier times. Food was absolutely gorgeous. I am not a spicy food person but it was so tasty. Portions are huge so was able to take it home in a takeaway box. Coffee was lovely and really enjoyed the ice tea. Boyfriend had the steak which he said was great and he is fussy with food so must be good! 25% student discount also! Will definitely be returning soon thanks!”

“I enjoy the food every time I visit. I typically stick to the same few items, and have never been let down. The staff are super friendly and pretty efficient in getting orders out. However, the atmosphere can be a little dull, as most will get takeaway/it won’t be as busy as the McDonald’s next door!”

“Visited for the first time on a Wednesday, which is burger night, so obviously had to have a couple burgers! Very tasty on the whole, although the ratios of sauce to burger could definitely be worked on - one had a bit too much and the other needed lots more! Definitely recommend the PBJ time burger if you fancy something a bit different (and don't have a nut allergy). Shared some churros for dessert and these were very good. The atmosphere was also lovely, nice touch having board games and cards available. The real highlight was the friendly staff though, really made us feel welcome and made the night special.”

“We've been coming here for 9 years and it's barely changed at all. Same delicious food, friendly service, moderate amount of upstairs sitting. It feels a bit on the pricier side if you order items individually, but well worth it as a combo.”

“KO Grill is my favorite restaurant on Bold Street in Liverpool. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, and I’ve found myself repeatedly ordering the Lamb Biryani and Half Mixed Grill — they’re that good. These dishes perfectly goes along with a refreshing Lime & Mint Juice, or Mango Lassi. KO Grill offers both Arabic and Indian cuisine, and other standout dishes I’ve enjoyed include the Lamb Mandi, Lamb Kabsa, and Mutton Karahi served with naan or roti. The portions are generous — two meals are easily enough for three people to share. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. With its great food, warm service, generous servings, and reasonable prices, KO Grill remains my top choice for dining in Liverpool.”

“First ever visit, had heard mixed reviews. Very impressed. It’s really nice inside and on a Wednesday night it was surprisingly busy. We had murgi masala and special masala with garlic naan. Curries were excellent. Plenty of well marinated and well cooked chicken complemented by a delicious gravy which was full of flavour and the spices were balanced superbly. Naan was excellent too. Service was top notch , pleasant and helpful without being overbearing. We had a really enjoyable evening and will be returning very soon . Many thanks.”

So I have and I've been back twice since! Best pulled pork burrito I've ever had, and my partner was recommended a mango jarrito by Chris and that went down a treat! Can't wait to come back!”
