“Had this amazing curry box from Amantola last Friday. It came with a chicken in a delicious curry sauce, Donna meat, vegetables and curried chips. It came with a side of flatbreads and was great for sharing with the family. We always have a Friday night curry from here and it’s always excellent! The food was as good as the service which is hard to come by also! Before i left i got the name of the server, his name was Liam and I will 100% be returning!”

“Not sure what other people are eating or maybe people only post when they have something bad to say (who knows), but every meal I've ordered from here has arrived hot, and has been plentiful. I typically get Singapore Noodles and another main meal; chow mien, garlic and chilli beef etc and sides, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal.”

“Had a lovely time here during our short stay in Chester. There is a great selection of craft ales on tap and in bottles/cans. Plenty of seating on two levels and there is a live beer board. The Lady behind the bar was very friendly and knowledgeable about the types of drinks available. Highly recommend this venue and would visit again !”

“An amazing cantonese resturant with a fantastic selection of items both for starters and main course. Though the regular menu is rather pricey, the sunday feast is an excellent prepared to order all you can eat of a selection of their regular menu items. For an all you can eat, the quality of the food is second to none in warrington. Whilst the food is excellent, the location does leave a little to be desired, nestled at the end of a row of shops, the building itself is modern and clean throughout, though quite warm, however, the parking arrangements are quite lacking. Though this is not the fault of the resturant, it van still prove troublesome to find parking. Although, despite this, the service is excellent, as the resturant is almost always busy on a Sunday, the staff try their best to ensure that the service is quick and polite. Overall, I see Tao as an excellent choice for a special event or dinner out, especially for the Sunday feast, just be aware that otherwise the price can be a bit expensive. But for the quality of food, I would consider it worth it.”

“Tried Bao and Bap and went for their Korean-style chicken wings and Japanese curry pork cutlet rice. The wings were crispy outside and juicy inside, with a tasty sauce that wasn’t too spicy (good for people who can’t handle too much heat). The pork cutlet rice came in a generous portion, the cutlet was crunchy and paired really well with the curry sauce. Pretty good value for the quality—I’d come back to try more of their menu. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the meal even better. Definitely worth coming back!”

“Great find on Bold Street. Greeted warmly when we arrived. We hadn't booked, but that was ok. The menu was explained to us with regards to allergies. If you have a gluten allergy, it's great as most of the menu is gluten-free. The atmosphere was nice and all the staff were friendly and smiley. The food we had was delicious. My wife had the meat combo rice bowl, and I had a Vietnamese noodle soup with beef three ways. Recommended by the girl that served us and it did not disappoint. As authentic as you like, with the aromatics on a separate plate to add if you wished. The desserts were banana fritters with chocolate sorbet and a chocolate waffle with coconut sorbet. A nice end to our meal. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely return.”

“I have great love for this restaurant. I was in Liverpool for work for a week and I went to Chaba Chaba three times for dinner during that period! The staff and owner are the friendliest and very attentive to customers. Every single dish I’ve tried are absolutely delicious and authentic. If I have to pick favourites, they would be prawn toast, Panama curry and spicy fried rice. I’m so sad that this restaurant is 170 miles away from where I live but will defo return when I’m next in Liverpool.”

“I recently visited Falafel Xpress and had the classic falafel wrap. It was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and a tasty pickles. I highly recommend trying the tahini sauce, as it is great with everything, especially chips. The shop itself was very clean and had a nice Arabian decor and music. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Falafel Xpress and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Been meaning to pop in a few times, finally did today on my regular trip over that way and I’m glad I did. Fab menu at really good prices. Most items are homemade and it’s clear to see only good quality ingredients are used. The ladies that served me are really friendly and even gave me a taster soup whilst I waited for my order. Will call again no doubt about it. Fab little eatery this place!”
