“I spent so long looking for vets that take in birds we had called 7 vets and then was recommend here,the lady that took in my two budgies was very good with my budgies.Price was very good for just a check up that was around £40 they sent us to buy a few tests for one of my budgies which was quite pricey but they gave a tube that was free.Extremely happy with how they treated my budgies and my family but 1 of my budgies did unfortunately past away but it was nothing to do with the vet she passed a few months after the vet visit. But I'm definitely going to come here again with my other budgie as it was extremely helpful and understanding.”

“Greg is a fantastic no nonsense vet. It is super easy to get an appointment here, you're never waiting long and he is super efficient when you're in the consult. I used to use Pets At Home until they refused to see our dog in an emergency. Greg agreed to take a look even though the dog wasn't a current patient. Since then, I haven't looked back. I don't know how Greg does these hours by himself, but it's great knowing you're seeing the same vet each time. Prices are super reasonable and they don't take the mick.”

“The practice was very friendly and happily arranged a last minute appointment for my daughter's dog on a Saturday morning. The Vet was was calm and sensible with the treatment proposal and did not advise lots of tests etc. She identified the probable cause of the problem as a UTI and a suitable course of anti-biotics was prescribed. Problem gone after two days. Wonderful, thank you!”

“I went yesterday to get an Animal Health Certificate for taking my dog to Belgium. The staff were very friendly and most helpful with my concern about my dog’s condition. As was the veterinarian. It’s a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your pet’s needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.”

“My beloved cat was ill. We took him to Young Veterinary Partnership. He subsequently died. I was devastated. We'd arranged for him to be cremated individually. I couldn't face the idea of him being cremated with other pets. It cost £250 but I didn't care. I had to go and collect his remains. I could barely speak, I was so upset. The staff were incredibly sensitive. They knew why I was there and with me barely speaking, they gave me his remains and took the payment. They knew who I was and found it on their system with me practically saying nothing. My cats have always been my children. They understood my loss and did everything they could to mitigate that loss. They also didn't make me feel guilty for crying.”

“An amazing service to have on our doorstep. So lucky to have such a knowledgeable exotic vet so local. We are incredibly greatful for the quick availability during an emergency. Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars. I called about a badly injured fox that had been hit by a car, and despite it being very late, they responded with kindness, urgency, and genuine care. “After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”
