No matter how busy they are, staff goes the extra mile to help and support with any queries regarding medication. The lady pharmacists at this branch are very mindful of customers needs. There's been several occasions when the pharmacists chased prescription on behalf of the patient and got things moving forward. “Incredibly delayed in writing this review! I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic young pharmacist named Ria, I was assisting an elderly relative of mine who was incredibly confused with prescription dispensing delays a couple weeks ago, thankfully when we arrived the prescriptions were being prepared, as I mostly assist this elderly relative remotely I asked a few questions in terms of each medication and the process of prescription requests via Gp etc. Ria was incredibly patient, attentive and knowledgeable she gave us her full attention, her assistance has helped me a lot! I was able to notify the supervisor on site that day and I wanted to follow up with this review, thanks again Ria!”

“Fabulous help from the lady with auburn hair. Two other staff members seemed clueless when I asked for advice (trainees?) but the other lady with auburn hair from the pharmacy overheard and came out and promptly dealt with my query. I also noted how she had to step in several times to help the other 2 members of staff as I was still shopping and I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and how organised at multitasking many things whilst also being very friendly. I’m sorry i didn’t catch her name but she appears to be the stores biggest asset.”

“Jean could not be more helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure my items are available. My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday. A really professional, friendly service which is much appreciated - thank you.”

While waiting for my appointment saw an elderly couple come in to buy some medicine and Ted who was serving them was absolutely incredible, came round from the till to help them put away the change and products and I was so impressed with how kind he was I had to write a review immediately so asked him his name. Both Felix and Ted are an example of what great customer service is.”

“Boots Clapham Common is a pillar of stability in my high-octane life. They consistently have the triumvirate of existence: my specific roll on, my particular body lotion, and the correct flavour of toothpaste. Plus, I can order the essentials online and pick them up with zero fuss, which is the definition of peak human evolution. The staff at the till are consistently delightful, friendly, and efficient. They are truly the best of us. They also, without fail, ask me the one question for which I have no good answer: "Do you have a Boots card?" It is a lovely tradition, like a small, polite toll I must pay to leave with my deodorant. Five stars for convenience, but deduct ten points from my non existent loyalty balance for failing the loyalty test every time.”

“I visited this store last Thursday, looking for some trainers, however was not quite sure exactly what i wanted. However, i was aided by the store manager, who was very helpful, telling me about the comfort of different shoes and their different purposes. I intended to simply get one pair of shoes, however, due to his helpfulness and extensive knowledge of his shoe store collection, i ended up walking out with two pairs of trainers and a pair of boots.”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed.
