“A very friendly and welcoming surgery. During covid it was bit difficult to get an appointment as you had to ring within certain times now it has all changed and back to normal the reception staff are very good and competent also the nurses here are good and friendly The place shares the space with another surgery located in the building which makes parking spaces limited so if you have a early morning appointment you most probably get some parking space if not you will have to park illegally in nearby roads and hope you don’t get a good ticket”

“The changes from the past couple of years have been life saving! They've added another 2 consultantion rooms, changed the booking system so that you can request an appointment any time during their opening hours. I never have to wait to see a doctor with my son, all requests have been answered to within an hour, I had immense support in every possible way. My son has ASD and ADHD with some other issues and they've supported us incredibly. The doctors are fantastic. They also have a physiotherapist for specialist appointments. Hats off! These changes have made the world of a difference from how it was a couple of years ago!”

We all know that doctors have short appointments (10 mins only per patient) so they are very busy throughout the day and they are doing their best to see all patients on time, and like any other human beings they get tired. But when you get a kind and sympathetic doctor like Shazia Khan, at the end of consultation it feels like your problem has been solved rather than feeling guilty for calling the doctor. Maybe it's because i work in health care myself but i would rather wait longer than getting a prescription that was wrong due to a doctor's error. The 15 mins waiting time is an unrealistic expectation and i think they need to change that because it puts a lot of pressure on the staffs who are overworked whenever i go there. If the pharmacist behind hasn't checked my prescription over properly i would have been given the wrong dose by the prescribing doctors in A&E. I cannot thank them enough for spotting the error.”
