“I have used the online econsult on many occasions and I have even gone in for an in person visit to the GP. - Every GP I interact with is super professional and nice - All the GPs always answer my follow up questions whether it’s on the phone or in person they never rush you!! - This feels like a private clinic the quality of service is of that level - They are very responsive online and immediately do their best to call you back after the econsult / a real modern surgery which has digitised and make use of online apps and facilities No wonder the CQC rates them good For an NHS surgery this is pretty good - as with all surgeries you need to be sharp and submit your concerns at 8am the earlier the better. They also have an in house nurse that can carry out tests ecgs and blood tests. For local GP NHS practice this is good! Not excellent but good. special thanks to Dr Susruthan also Dr Rigg and Dr Alex all brilliant!!”

They were very friendly and helpful too. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Heroes in my book! as I was running out of options to get the vaccine. As for the comments about them having a lunch break. Good for them they deserve it! They work hard so why shouldn't they have a lunch break. It's a basic human right.”

Two other staff members seemed clueless when I asked for advice (trainees?) but the other lady with auburn hair from the pharmacy overheard and came out and promptly dealt with my query. I also noted how she had to step in several times to help the other 2 members of staff as I was still shopping and I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and how organised at multitasking many things whilst also being very friendly. I’m sorry i didn’t catch her name but she appears to be the stores biggest asset.”

Something my GP should have done but didn't.”

Had nothing but 5* service… proactive care / tests booked, I’ve seen the nurse a couple of times and always spot on or called in early. The reception staff are simply the best - and I say this as I’ve seen some entitled people treating them horribly - I don’t get it. Always friendly, smile, lovely greeting, efficient check in, phone answered quickly and appointments booked. I’d hire them to interface with customers in my business tomorrow. I only hope management realise their good fortune. My partner being going for 20+ years and always said same.”

I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic young pharmacist named Ria, I was assisting an elderly relative of mine who was incredibly confused with prescription dispensing delays a couple weeks ago, thankfully when we arrived the prescriptions were being prepared, as I mostly assist this elderly relative remotely I asked a few questions in terms of each medication and the process of prescription requests via Gp etc. Ria was incredibly patient, attentive and knowledgeable she gave us her full attention, her assistance has helped me a lot! I was able to notify the supervisor on site that day and I wanted to follow up with this review, thanks again Ria!”
