“Jess is a fantastic aqua instructor. It's sometimes hard to get onto her classes or even to join the waiting list as they are so popular. When you manage it though, you know you're going to have a fun time and a great workout mentally and physically. Jess demonstrates the actions clearly, with great humour and enthusiasm and varies the music and the activities in her classes. Exercising in water with Jess is one of my favourite activities at the gym. She's amazing.”

“I loved coming here. I came here last week with my wife, we went to the gym and went for a swim and it was nice and clean everywhere. You have a cleaner I think her name is Alisha? Not sure if that’s how you spell her name but she was incredible absolutely my favourite staff member. I will be coming here a lot more often!! Highly recommend to come here”

“Perfect place for walking around the lake and relaxing with your friends, your family or your pets. The park is always clean and there are some entertainment for children like basketball court or playground. Unfortunately some people don't respect the area and they leave the rubbish near trees or in the lake, to my opinion we need some cameras. Highly recommended, this is one of my favourite place!”

“I’ve been using Shenley Church End Leisure Centre for 20+. Excellent customer service, plenty of facilities and great football pitch (perfect size for 7 a side with very competitive pricing). However, the centre is a bit dated. Shout to Mo on reception. She’s brilliant!”

“I come here weekly to use the pool and the experience is always great. The staff at the desk are always extremely friendly and pleasant, especially Dove. His customer service is excellent, he is always so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are looked after. Highly recommend!”

“I have been doing adult swim lessons for the past year and my swim teacher Finn has been an absolute legend. I was so afraid of water but he immediately put me at ease and now I am able to swim with confidence. He has taught me a lot and I have recommended the centre to friends. Also to add that the changing rooms are always clean.”

“I love taking the kids here. They really enjoy it. There is a nice sized lake which normally has plenty of ducks, moorhens, geese and swans, there are a few small platforms you can stand or sit on that go into the edge of the water and plenty of bench's. It has a few small park/play areas within walking distance with apparatus, some gym equipment and some shops near by. A nice place to visit”

“Took my two 4 year old grandsons swimming at Flitwick leisure centre in the under 5's session. The parking us easy, the changing rooms and whole swimming area is exceptionally clean and the two pools available are ideal for the age range. We all had a great time.”

“My local gym and it's fantastic. Staff are really helpful and welcoming, facilities are always clean and it has a good range of workout facilities, gym, classes and swimming. They also communicate when there are issues so you can avoid disappointment before turning up and it's also very well priced for membership.”
