“We have been using Routes Coffee for the last three years at our large scale exhibitions in London. They provide three coffee stations across three floors of Old Billingsgate Market. We have over 1,500 delegates each day with unlimited coffee all day. Our delegates never have to wait long for a drink, which with back to back meetings is great for our delegation. I can honestly say I look forward to having their coffee every time. As a local company it was very important to use a company we could trust and are local to us and Routes are just that company.”
“The cafe has a good selection of food and drink with toasted sandwiches made to order. The quality it’s always good and the staff are very friendly. Before Covid they offered tableservice which hopefully will return one day…”
“Amazing service by Isha and Rohit! We were in a rush to catch our train to London and thought there was no way we’d have time to grab drinks. But Isha assured us it could be done—and she delivered! She and Rohit prepared our order so quickly, and we all managed to board with our much-needed hot drinks. Thank you for your incredible efficiency and kindness—you saved our morning! Highly recommend.”
“Super quick service and the two people working were very friendly and smiley.”
“Costa in Tesco Wokingham is a great place to go for a coffee. It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.”
“I would like to share my very positive experience with the team at Costa Coffee in Reading Train Station. The baristas are always extremely professional, friendly, and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. The quality of service and coffee is consistently excellent. A special mention goes to the manager, Natalia, who leads by example — she is always kind, attentive, and manages the team with great professionalism. You can really feel that she cares about both the customers and her staff. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit such a pleasant experience!”
“Alfie gave me the best customer service, I’ve ever received from any star bucks. Thank you for being so kind, polite and professional”

“Great Costa, very cosy and comfortable place to grab a coffee, located in the Princes Mead shopping centre in the middle of Farnborough.”

“I always love getting a starbucks and this is my favourite branch it's so easy to grab a coffee before or after shopping or before a long work shift. The staff are extremely friendly and polite my favourite is a young lady called Honey who is always polite, welcoming, friendly and as sweet as honey (XD) i always see this place busy so definitely worth a visit”
“After much research I decided I should sign up and join a gym for strength training. I never thought in the past it was for me! I was really impressed with the young staff at the centre, on their communication with other staff on how they relayed the details of membership options.”
“Today while I was walking around Henley, I saw an ad for this vibrant-looking drink on a shop window and decided to give it a try. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady who prepared my order with such care. Despite the heat outside, the shop was perfectly cool inside – I honestly didn’t feel like leaving. The place was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and had a really calming vibe. The drink itself was delicious and refreshing. I’m definitely going to visit again and try more from their menu. Highly recommended if you’re in Henley!”
“Had a nice walk and then a club sandwich. It was very nice. Lots of shouting children and parents unable to control them which is a pity but generally friendly and welcoming.”
“Disregard the older reviews. A lot of work has gone into improving the offering here. Lots of great options and a reasonable price for an all that you can eat buffet.”
“Didnt take many pictures sorry we were having so much fun! Place is huge and brilliant for all ages! Lovely clean soft play with slides, mazes, climbing, wobbly obstacles, mirrors, ball pits, bumper cars, role play village with dress up and props, they have party facilities here, a cafe, toilets and a carousel!! Well worth the money we paid 18.00 fpr an adult and 1 toddler but it wasnt busy when we went term time on a friday at lunchtime it was my 2 year old paradise we had it near enough to ourselves without older kids bumping him over it was great! Staff were friendly and engaging with the children. Fully secure photo entry system and locked gates for in and out. Will defo be back! We came from basingstoke on the train which took around 15 min on train and a five min really easy walk to the venue! Theres a mcdonalds opposite too and its next to sainsburys if u dont want to buy food there. Our food however was nice from the venue and reasonably priced. They sell snacks, fresh cake, biscuits and drinks. It is card payments only. There is a lift for pushchair/wheelchair access also. We did not have to prebook tickets either however i can imagine on weekends this is advised but not essential. 10/10 from us!.”
“Asda Lower Earley isn’t your typical supermarket experience, it’s far better. Set within a striking, glass-fronted building that feels more like a modern department store than a weekly shop, it’s spacious, bright, and genuinely pleasant to walk around. No soulless metal box here, this is a thoughtfully designed space that lifts the mood before you’ve even picked up a basket. Inside, the selection is vast and well-organised, making everything from everyday essentials to specialist ingredients easy to find. Fresh produce is abundant and well-stocked, and there’s a strong variety in world foods, bakery, and chilled ranges. It’s the kind of store where you can do a full weekly shop and still pick up a good-value bottle of fizz on the way out. Prices are reliably competitive, and the customer service stands out, helpful, polite and refreshingly unflustered. You get the sense staff take pride in the store. In short, Asda Lower Earley is a proper gem: easy to navigate, well presented, and a cut above the standard big-box supermarket. Well worth a visit even if it’s just for the sheer joy of a bright, spacious trolley dash.”
