“I've had tattoos here by both Emily and Becky and all have been great experiences! Emily is amazing at colour and glitter work, she's done 3 large tattoos for me now, both of which she has designed based off very small ideas which she has transformed into amazing pieces. I started getting tattooed by Becky at the start of her apprentice journey and have continued throughout 2024/25, currently having both forearms totally covered by her work with plans to continue. It has been great to see her become more confident in her journey as well as having her beautiful artwork on my skin! She does amazing ornamental work and stippled shading that looks lovely fully healed. I'd highly recommend both as well as any of the other artists in the studio, it is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can always find someone to talk to if you want to or sit in absolute silence and just take in the experience. The studio is clean and care is taken to ensure everything is sanitised before tattoos are started. I have never felt judged or awkward there and always feel like I am welcome and appreciated.”

“I was looking for an outfit for my son’s wedding. I went into the shop to ask for advice and a lovely lady called Lindsey was on hand to help. She chose different styles of dresses for me to try on and I eventually found my dream dress, along with a matching hat. Lindsay was fantastic throughout my consultation and nothing was too much trouble, complementary tea was provided and as the dress was slightly big she was able to arrange alterations with the on site seamstress. I now have the perfect dress which fits me and I would highly recommend visiting Jane Young. I would like to say a big thank you to Lindsey and all of the other ladies who helped me with my fittings.”

Bryan the owner armed with tape measure bizarrely took me straight to it and a perfect fit with jacket. 3 piece ordered. Waist and leg measured. Excellent family service. Vanessa his wife took over and we discussed my tie colour of which a perfect match sourced. We then discussed my partners dress match for the wedding I am attending. Their 2 sons working in the background. If you want quality service and suit with trousers tailored to fit that will last come here. If you are after off the shelf cheap polyester won’t last then pop to a retail store.”

“Bella Figura are alteration goddesses! They worked absolute magic on my wedding dress. I asked if they could do the difficult task of cutting the straps off my backless wedding dress so it was strapless and backless, but somehow still stayed up, and they absolutely rose to the challenge and tried different things to make it work- which it absolutely did! I danced (and even jumped!) throughout the night and the dress stayed in place the whole time. Suzanne also made me a pair of bespoke delicate sleeves which were so beautifully made. She completely got what I was after and created something better than I could ever have imagined. Suzanne also tailored a second dress for me which, because of the thick material, other places I'd tried to get it altered had turned down, but she managed to turn something which hung off me, into a dress which was the perfect fit. Suzanne and Teresa were both so kind, positive and helpful throughout all the fittings- an absolute delight to deal with. Thank you so much both!”
