βLived her for a few months, great staff very supportive with everything, had movie days and daily activities which was good way to meet people..β
βNicest people you could meet. Great breakfast and exceptional company. Bill and Sue are so helpful and accommodating. Thanks guys. Ian and San.β
βThis is the best location for a quiet retreat, walking holiday or base to explore Derbyshire. The surroundings are beautiful and historic and the garden apartment situated at the back of the Hall is just lovely. The Hall it's self is like stepping back in time to an era of crinolines & lord of the manor. Nothing is too much trouble for Mel the owner and she can tell you the history of the building and land from the time that it was built. My Mother in law visits every year from West Palm Beach in Florida and she adores the place, she is British and loves to come home whenever she can, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and experience a little piece of heaven.β
βLovely place yo stay owner are wonderfulβ
βHow anyone can not rate this 5* I don't know really good size rooms and the cathedral literally just outside only issue was finding it in the first place so follow the owners directions and not sat nav..bed was really comfortable and all amenities were perfect..would definitely stay here againβ
βTruly excellent stay, great value for money the hotel is perfectly situated at the end of the high street so plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The property is well maintained and beautifully clean. Retford is a cracking little town. Room came with a fan, only real downside is that the room was warm due to no air conditioning however we visited peak of summer.β
βDon't expect the Hilton. This is a charming little B&B with what you would call character. Room was clean and tidy. Fresh clean bed linen. Fresh clean towels. Tv and Tea and coffee making facilities, what else do you need for a one night stop over. Breakfast bar has enough to get you going in the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival they even booked us a taxi for the train station for the morning. Would definitely use again if returning to Hillsborough.β
βWe were a bit wary about staying here as it was a bit of a distance from where we were meeting with our friends. But we were overwhelmed with how friendly the host was. He did everything to make us feel comfortable . The room was very clean and spacious for our needs. It was perfect and just what we needed and we will definitely be returning. Hats off to the host he went out of his way to make our stay pleasant.β
βWe all Popped in for a steak last night and what a lovely meal it was too. All home made and cooked perfectly enjoyed and beautiful food :) top notch grubβ
βStopped off here for a night while driving from up north to down south. Really good hotel, staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was plenty large and the atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable. Very good breakfast with a nice restaurant area. Great location with a Morrisons across the road, easy access to the motorway and Rotherham only a few minutes drive down the road. Really good price and value for money, especially if you sign up to the free Ibis/Accor membership for members prices. Would recommend!β
βI had an excellent experience at Travelodge Workshop. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail of my vehicle. They provided timely service with genuine spare parts at a reasonable price. The overall quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued as a customer throughout. I highly recommend Travelodge Workshop for reliable and efficient automotive services.β
βDecent hotel, seems under rated at 3 stars? Friendly staff, beer & food was good too. Rooms nice. No toilet roll in ours and they don't offer breakfast but on the whole, a good experience. I would stay there again.β
βSpent the night there, staff friendly and helpful, food in restaurant was excellent ,room was surprisingly good clean warm and inviting , safe free parking , for under Β£40 really good value would stay againβ

βStayed here for 1 night for my boyfriends birthday. Lovely room. Staff went above and beyond. Had a room overlooking runway which was a bonus. Breakfast was best we have had in a while. Will definatly be staying here againβ
βPerfect for a stop or a cheap room. Decent size, clean. A little dated but you don't expect much from a Travelodge. Only.tjing was I couldn't plug my phone next to the bed which was a little irritating but nothing I couldn't get over. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to.β
βNow called the Nineteenth Bar & Grill. We thought weβd give it a try and it didnβt disappoint. Servers were friendly, place has been done out really nice and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We will certainly be coming backβ
βStayed at prime lodge and after reading Google reviews I was a bit worried. But after arrival I found the reviews to be very unfair. The room could do with a revamp but otherwise is was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would happily return. Staff friendly and if you enter your reg at reception you don't get charged for parking. I love the motel style as it makes rooms much more private. For the price the hotel was more than worth it . Thank you.β
βThe rooms were tidy , beds clean and comfy. Some improvement needed in shower are and some cleani g in the kitchen -like ovens but otherwise very value for money and it has all what u need. We were very surprised as the previous comments were not good at all. I can strongly recommend that B&B. Offcourse it is not a 5 star hotel and u cannot expect to be perfect but it has all what u need to rest. We parked at the front so no problem with parkingβ
βThis place is a dream. The staff treat you like royalty. Manny friendly chaps in base ball caps and trainers outside. The rooms are first class. The bar is great this was a dream come true. Well doneβ
