βI had a fantastic stay at Jonas Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a smart TV and en-suite shower. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I loved the free coffee and pastry in the morning, and the location is perfectβquiet, close to the University and Botanical Gardens, with easy access to the city center. Great value for money, and Iβd definitely stay here again!β

βI came in tonight for a meal with my dog and partner. The staff were so kind and welcoming as if we were regulars. The food was amazing and the owner was very friendly and offered our dogs treats. I would highly recommend this place for food/ service/ hospitalityβ
βWe had the 'Hassop' double room which was nice and big with a very large bed. The room was on the first floor overlooking the beer garden which was fine. Little to no noise from it at bed time. Didn't eat here but did have drinks in the bar on a couple of nights. The staff were efficient and friendly. Free parking is a bonus.β
βGreat pit-stop after visiting Hathersage. Delicious roast dinner, lots of home-cooked veg and generous meat portions! Lovely bit of November sun on the terrace. Very friendly new owners, weβll be back!β

βHad a lovely meal here, the staff were amazing.β
βCame in here with my uncle Steven to have a bite to eat. Morley our server was phenomenal, she was so friendly and helpful. The manager on shift was really helpful with getting me somewhere comfortable for my wheelchair to go. Food was outstanding the short rib was falling off the bone. There were three chefs at our table and all three of us were very happy. The price was basically unbeatable for that quality. I looked into the hotel rooms and they're really reasonably priced, and you get 10% off food at the bar which is amazing. 1000% will be coming back here when we're next in town.β
βWelcoming classic country pub. Good choice of real ales including the local brewery Chantry. The menu has what you'd expect but with some more interesting dishes. My generous all-day breakfast was excellent, nice ingredients and properly cooked. Wholeheartedly recommended.β
βHad a phenomenal time here last weekend with my good friends. Good value for money, each lodge comes with its own TV and WiFi router (15mbps down / 31mbps up / 92ms) so can stream YouTube perfectly fine and great for entertainment. Thereβs a lovely cafΓ© and shop on-site where you can buy snacks. There lodge itself has a hot shower and is modern and cosy. Really nice locationβ
βClean place to be. Easy to reach. Eating places and Lidl supermarket is just 3mins walking away. Very friendly staff. Satnav code on web is not correct , the right one is S41 9APβ
βClean and spacious room and bathroom. As is pretty standard now most of the sockets in the room have built in USB chargers, so just being a USB cable with you to charge your phone. Not sure if it was due to the current fuel prices, but it was nice that for once the room wasn't overbearingly hot on arrival. Only downside was that check-in was very slow, it took almost 30 mins (arrived just behind another group).β
βTraveling back from the Dordogne France. We had our touring caravan with us, and 2 dogs. We parked up in the car park, very tired nearly 12 midnight. My husband went to speak to the travel lodge to see if we could spend the night. The gentleman was very pleasant. We spent the night in the caravan it was very quite. I would highly recommend this place. The cost was Β£15. Thank youβ

Before the wedding we sent several emails to Charlotte changing things asking questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. Lots of shops close by . Very safe and secure, lots of parking. Super fast wifi . I would definitely recommend this place.β
βIf someone likes to live in a closed estate, it's something for him. Everyone has a parking space and it's clean. I personally prefer an open area, but the choice is up to everyone.β
