βI stayed for just one night and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Although there were a couple of minor issues, they didnβt impact my stay at all. It was a warm night, so I had the window open and could occasionally smell smoke from people on the balcony β not a problem for me, but something to be aware of if youβre sensitive to that. Also, the power to the sockets tripped at some point overnight, but I didnβt need to use them in the morning so it wasnβt an issue for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay again. It definitely exceeded my expectations!β
βThis place is a dream. The staff treat you like royalty. Manny friendly chaps in base ball caps and trainers outside. The rooms are first class. The bar is great this was a dream come true. Well doneβ

βI stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and was not disappointed. The owners, Richard and Kerry are outstanding and cant do enough for you. The room I was in was very large, had a comfy bed, sitting table, living area and great shower room. There was fresh bread, milk and fruit in the room which made it so easy for breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment I had was not getting there earlier for a good look around :-). Highly recommended!β

βLovely house, immaculately clean and brilliant comfortable beds. In a really nice, safe neighbourhood. Great little garden to sit in and enjoy the sun. Would highly recommend.β
βIt's a quiet site on the edge of Misterton. The wardens Mags and Phil are welcoming and helpful as are the owners Chris and Phil. We've been coming here now for the best part of 3 years with our touring caravan as it's only a 30 min drive away for us and a break from town life. We love the quietness, the cycling and the area for a walk as (it's close to a river/canal). On site the pitches are all numbered and generous in size and we feel appropriately priced considering that families and awnings/ehu are included. If you don't want ehu a reduction in price is given. The summer visitors of Swallows can be watched dipping and diving around the site in and out of the barn. There's a play area with a field for kids as long they are supervised. Wildlife is noticeable we've seen Kestrels, Swallows, Robins, Terns, Common Buzzards. Close by within a 10 min walk is a great chippy, chinese takeaway, pizza place. A shop and butchers aswell a 2 pubs a short walk away if you want to eat out. We've had a nice quiet few long weekends over the past 3 weeks, and enjoyed every minute.β
βYou can't go wrong at this wonderful pub. The food is superb, all the ingredients are locally sourced and cooked to perfection. You've got to try their full English breakfasts, especially the large belly buster. 3 sausage, 3 bacon 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, black pudding ( my fav), beans and plum tomatoes, comes with toast and tea. Me being greedy ask for fried bread on top....fantastic. But then, you've got to try their homemade pies, packed with filling to the brim, simply the best. They have lots of offers on different nights, so it's always worth calling in for a feast....β
βComplete peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff at all pawsβ
βWhat a lovely guesthouse! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well cared for. They have a room downstairs for disabled guests and a private car park, both plusses. We'd definitely stay here again.β
βNice Little Pub Wanted to book for the Friday but food was not on (later found out that somebody had removed the exhausts from the supply companies vans)!! Booked for the Saturday for a family of 4 and had a nice meal just before the evening entertainment started. It has a nice big beer garden for the kids. Would certainly visit again for a drink and food, Catches a lot of walkers, cyclists, bikers and tourers from the Caravan Park at the rear.β
βMy partner and I had an amazing weekend, staying in this gorgeous hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, the location was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The hotel manager, Tim, made our stay wonderful by making sure we had everything we wanted. Canβt thank Tim and the staff enough. We will definitely be booking another stay soon.β

βTowerhouse is simply beautiful! It's like a penthouse for cats. There view is of a pond, chickens and a field of horses. It reminds me of the darling buds of May. Thankyou Maggie for looking after our cat! I Highly recommend this cattery!!!!β
βReally happy with the care provided and Ralph came home happy and calm. Great to have that peace of mind while on holiday. Thanks so much for such a great service!β
βShadow's second time was alright. I know he is safe and in good hands. I always miss him though.β
βHave used Adwick Cat Lodge for nearly 20 years, because Angie loves the cats. A bonus is the beautiful garden environment for the pens, and a quite location.β
βI can completely relax knowing my dogs are well cared for, excercised and loved when I leave them with Jakeβs .β
βWe left our cat here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. Staff were friendly and it was very reasonably priced. Our cat appears well looked after and the "rooms" looked clean. Staff happy for us to collect him from the enclosure ourselves so we were able to see everythingβ
βNever had less than fantastic service at butterbusk. Staff are patient and calm and pleasant to talk with. Rates are very reasonable. Our cats always come home as we left them and seem settled. The site is very easily accessible as it is on the A630.β
βWe have used The Elms numerous times over the last couple of years and I canβt recommend them highly enough. Our dog loves her stays there, always excited to see the lovely staff who take amazing care of her. The kennels and grounds are fab and she loves the secure exercise and agility field.β

βWent for a meal here last night, with family and wow the food was amazing. Not often I'm defeated by a meal, but the burger won last night that's for sure. Great quality food and Big portions. Can't wait to go back.β
βDelicious food with incredibly generous portion sizes, friendly staff, always treated with a smile, very clean.β
βOur wedding reception was held here and afterwards we stayed in one of there fabulous rooms. Larrisa and all of her lovely staff were absolutely wonderful. Polite helpful and very patient with all of our guests. Larrisa was our wedding organiser, and what a fantastic job she did. The function room looked beautiful, just as I had asked it to be and nothing was too much trouble. We had a carvery for our wedding meal and it was agreed by all of my guests, that the food was delicious. So would I recommend this venueβ¦β¦..YOU BET. Thank you to all involved with our day, but especially LARRISA. You are a star!β
βAlways sound. Great staff and a decent breakfast. Not sure of the older chaps name on the bar, think he's the manager but always a warm welcome from him and good recommendations for specials etc. Big up the Gate House :)β

If you're working away and need a place to stay in Doncaster look no further get booked in here highly recommendβ
βWe always used Glebe Farm for our terriers for many many years, we recently decided to move our Spaniel back after trying a different kennel for a while, so glad we did, heβs clearly happy to go in every time we take him back, the place is spotless and he always comes back clean and well fed, my feeling with Phil the owner, is heβs just keen to get on with looking after the dogs so he can come across as brusque to owners, but clearly know the dogs well β¦. Personally Iβd rather have someone who clearly loves dogs looking after mine, than spending time chatting. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous.β
βRoom was very comfortable and clean and the the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beverly in particular was very helpful and gave good advise about the local area.β
βI was a little bit dubious about it being a motorway hotel, and i was wrong. The hotel was bright and airy, the staff on reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and clean. There was a bath and shower Coffee and tea were available. The hotel was close enough to the services to have a walk there. I had taken the wrong charger for my phone. The receptionist was very helpful and let me borrow a charger. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. The hotel was busy but was quiet. Breakfast was available to purchase from the services. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.β
