“Went looking for a black shirt and suit. Staff are far more helpful and knowledgeable than at the larger one off the parkway in Sheffield. Sadly suit stocking at both was poor. Never got a suit as neither had a set suitable, very miss match sizing etc Did get a shirt! Thanks to Chesterfield Rd. The little things make the big differences, take a note Parkway store!”

I bought kids trainers and sandals all half price in the sale so can't quibble 3 pairs of shoes for just over £40.Access at the rear of the shop is a bit more tricky but you can access the card machine to pay!”

“I was shocked to see today (Sat 11 Jan 2025) the signs up saying the store was closing down today. Staff despite losing their jobs were pleasant and helpful and I wish everyone well on their future endeavours. A splendid shop with brands like rieker, clarks etc -also my late mother loved this shop for her shoes and the great service as she was partially sighted and staff very attentive to sizes/ correct fit etc”

Received great customer service from a young lady called Sarah who went out of her way to locate the items I wanted, checking the store room/ online and even contacting other stores to see if they had any. “Used this store several times recently and never had an issue at all. Ordered some walking boots for my wife via click and collect option and called to collect them. Heidi was working the footwear section and could not have been more helpful. Had plenty of boots over the years but Heidi made sure that they were the proper fit even getting another size to try on and doing a proper fitting. Excellent, friendly service then Eleanor was serving on the till and, despite being busy with customers was polite and friendly with every single one. Top service.”
