“WOW can't rate high enough after today's visit . Busiest I've ever seen and queues at checkouts were long but shelves still well stocked and managers/ supervisors were organising more tills to be opened thanked everybody for waiting and even came round offering customers sweets. More stores need to take note”

“Some great bargains to be had every single time you shop here. It's possible to get pretty much everything you need to feed a family on a budget. Although the Biddulph store I also visit on occasion is one of the smaller ones it still stocks a good varied range of essentials at great prices from food to simple household goods, beauty products and cleaning materials. The staff aren't particularly friendly as they get on with their work but neither are they downright ignorant like some staff in larger supermarkets that you would expect more from for the prices you pay.”

I've placed numerous orders using the click and collect without fault. Orders have always been complete and ready for me. In-store purchases also no issues. “Great shopping as usual in £land. Check your prices though before adding to your trolley. Everything is not £1. Still value for money though. One member of staff was rude to myself and another customer this time because there wasn't a price on the item of clothing we wanted to purchase and told us to go and get one with a price as she couldn't leave the till area we both had the last item though and she couldn't be bothered to type the code in off the item so we had to wait. Also there was supposed to be 10% knocked off my item and we asked someone to do this and she just scanned the label that was on the item and didn't knock it off.”

Went for an elusive item that I was unable to get anywhere else and they sold it(!!!) so I was very happy. Spent a good amount of time in here and inevitably bought lots of other things. “Massive place, so a good chance you'll find what you're after here. Not being used to the place I had to ask for help from an employee to point me in the right direction. Ended up asking the same guy twice, who was very helpful indeed. Will be visiting more often now ive seen the vast array of materials they have under one roof. As a maintenance manager for a property portfolio it should cut down on the number of places I currently use.”

“Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.”
