“Fantastic , excellent and wonderful, I am short of words when it comes to thanking Telford maternity unit , The first thing I would like to share is a how great my midwife Charlotte and Adele were , they were like two angels who looked after me and my baby ,two of the most wonderful human beings they both had such am empathy , determination ans dedication towards their work which makes makes them the most special persons in my motherhood journey, Secondly when you hear you had a delivery the first thing you hear is “ oh I am a mother I lost my sanity “ but I can proudly say Telford hospital maintained my dignity as a woman . Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.”

“What a good experience!! Seen promptly by Steven Edge for a learning disability check for my daughter. Steve was so respectful, friendly, polite, thoughtful and kind. He spoke clearly and simply so that my daughter could understand, she remained calm and cooperative throughout for the whole half hour. Steve spoke to a doctor to prescribe antibiotics. Trivia phoned from the surgery within the hour to say the prescription was at the chemist. Absolute excellent service!!”

What a breath of fresh air it was recently to speak to a polite, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, get a prompt and actual appointment with a doctor, who was lovely, friendly and so efficient. My faith has been absolutely restored. Thank you Wolstanton Medical Centre for such an amazing improvement - now I won't have to rely on Dr Google, spend a fortune on internet-suggested remedies and suffer for months rather than pick up the telephone. Absolutely amazing.”

I've been registered at this GP for nearly two years, and prior to that, I was with a surgery in Derby—which was genuinely awful and actually worth complaining about. In comparison, this practice is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the GPs and nurses are fantastic, and the triage service is consistently efficient and well-organised. Unless you’ve experienced poor service elsewhere, like I have, you may not appreciate just how good this place really is.”

“I recently claimed through protect my bubble for my galaxy z fold 7, my inner screen had broken at work, I simply put my claim through on the website, withing a couple days I had the email to say the claim was accepted and shown how to pay my excess, I sent my phone off to be repaired and was kept updated every step of the way. They was unable to repaired my phone through either cost of the repaire or complications so I was provided a brand new device, they sent my phone back to me and received early the next day. “From start to finish I had the most amazing experience. Called at 9am for an implant removal and the receptionist got me an appointment for 1pm the same day. The lady who removed my implant was possibly the kindest nurse I have ever met, so calm, talked to me to distract me, explained what she was going to do and I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t feel judged, I felt safe. As someone with OCD, I find medical things cause me to feel extremely anxious, but this was the first time I went into a hospital setting and didn’t have a panic attack. Thank you!!!”

Over the years I've seen a lot of the nurses and doctors and they've always been so friendly, professional and thorough whenever I see them and accommodating to any anxieties or concerns. Jo and Fiona inparticular are great. Texting through clear results has never worked for me so I have always had to call, but I've always managed to get through without holding. The wait times on busy days for the walk in can be very long but it's due to cuts to funding and staff through no fault of their own and the staff are just as frustrated as the patients so they do the best they can. Very lucky to have such a great service for free so close to home.”
