“Really pleased with my choice, stayed for 2 nights on a romantic weekend! It's well located about 5 min car journey into Buxton. Owner was helpful, kind and knowledgable about places to eat etc. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was very good and we needed earlier at 8am and that was not a problem, actually was owner's suggestion because we had a hiking at 9am. Considering the area, WiFi was very quick! They have a little farm with animals unfortunately we had no time for visiting but you can see them from the car park! We really do recommend!”
“Lovely place for kids to play! Feels safe and can let your children be children without the worry of them getting out of the play area. Would definitely recommend. Safe are helpful and very friendly.”

“I visited on opening day and couldn’t wait to go again. I’ll be a regular customer. So nice to have an independent coffee shop locally. Warm, welcoming service. Attentive, friendly staff. Amazing cakes and all really good value. Highly recommended - get in there and treat yourself. A little luxury at everyday prices.”

“I like that the staff are always friendly here. The place is always tidy and the drinks hot. My granddaughter loves going here too and has milk in a small cup with saucer. She loves it. Very grown up”
“Received a warm welcome from the colleague who served me, who also maintained a quality conversation about the seasonal drinks and snacks, personally I found this useful and informative and also much better than an awkward silence whilst waiting for drink to be made! Great service. I've been back a couple of times since and always experience the friendly atmosphere, the inside is well presented with ample seating which is kept fresh and clean. The quality of the food and drinks is always of a high standard.”
“This is consistently one of the best Costas around. The coffee is always lovely, the store is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Costa is our coffee shop of choice so we do frequent quite a number of them up and down the country but this one is always the best.”
“I came in close to closing time and asked for a drink and a birthday treat . The girl Serving me suggested a take out cup but the manager there very kindly said I could have it in a mug and that “ we are open and serve right up til when we close just as we would in the middle of the day”. I had had a busy day at work after and was in need of a rest and a treat. I was made to feel so welcome, I really appreciated the kindness and delicious drink and cake. Thank you Highly recommend.”
“Toby and Chloe were amazing. 10/10 customer service so friendly. I've been here many times and I've never had service as friendly as them. Toby was so kind and friendly and Chloe was so smiley, it made my day. 10/10 baristas they deserve recognition.”
“I take my Granddaughter every Xmas for a hot chocolate and cake. Our favourite thing to do. Xmas isn’t Xmas for us without a Moshi. Never tastes the same any other times. Our special occasion. Staff are very friendly and polite and welcoming. Absolutely fabulous.”
“Always a great stop at Costa Coffee in Longton. The place is clean, well laid out, and has a nice welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly, fast, and know how to make a proper coffee every time. Plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere, whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or sitting down for a chat. Consistent quality and good service – exactly what you want from Costa.”

“Very nice and polite people charming ambience yummy coffee”
“We have been coming to Costa for many years. The best part isn’t really the coffee, it’s the staff. These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet; being super kind and friendly, and making some of the best drinks you will ever drink. They are the reason that Costa tastes better, because it’s the dedication and love into coffee making that’s the secret ingredient to a better drink. Sadly, the ‘chain’ itself, or its higher management so to speak, has made decisions in recency that leave you feeling a bit cheaped out on. Over the years we have noticed steady price increases (even befor the cost of living and inflation). While there is something to be said about struggling business these days, Costa is by no means small and they are owned by Coca-Cola. They are not struggling for money. Furthermore, shortly after a recent price hike for all of the food at Costa, Costa started taking out sausages from their Sausage baps to go from 4 to 3. They then made them smaller only a few months later. This is a blatant cash grab and a cheap out from Costas executives and it is especially upsetting given there was no price reduction to make up for it. We recently also found out that these same executives are now not allowing stores to sell their leftover pastries at 50% off in order to clear them out, but rather throw them away if they aren’t sold at full price. This is a total waste and is a shame since these pastries can be quite expensive and they still get money with a sale rather than the bin. No blame can be put on their staff, they are doing their best and put effort into making the experience as good as it can be, but the higher management at Costa are only looking for a higher profit line, and it shows.”
“What an amazing duo working here this morning. A lovely welcome as soon as you walk in engaging with all customers. The girls were always looking to stay busy but always with a smile on their faces.”
