“Visited with my sister and received a warm welcome on arrival. The room had everything we required and was really well presented. It was lovely having an ensuite too. The hosts were really attentive during breakfast and I couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely visit again.”

“The site is wonderfully situated. Real down to earth setup. Plunge pool fed by rainwater sits next to an amazing waterfall, big overhead fan assistance in the communal area to keep the bugs away. Brilliant idea. Each site wonderfully surrounded by willows for a real sense of privacy The 2 saunas are spotless and superb! The facilities are just right, 3 w/c shower rooms, washing and recycling facilities all excellent. Oh! I almost forgot the bath tub! This is installed between the waterfall and the plunge pool and fed from the same stream. Brilliant.”

“A stone thrown away from the seafront, very quaint place. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!! Stayed in the Kings Room. Suits couples. Very friendly lady greeted us and was so hospitable. Looking forward to returning here!”

“Excellent customer service, staff were very accommodating. We have a nervous pet whom doesn't get on with other animals and the ladies at best paw forward toke this into consideration. The staff were very helpful and advisable. As this was our boys first time being groomed, we were a little apprehensive but the staff put our minds at easy with a message to say he was absolutely brilliant and seeing his little tail wagging on our return was lovely. A lovely experience.”

“Honestly it is no wonder why they have won the best wedding venue in South & Central Wales for three consecutive years. From reserving the date, to the day of the wedding (and the morning after!) they have been nothing short of professional, friendly, and exceptional. They have been flexible when our timings or food choices changed. From reception, to the wedding team, and the bar staff and everyone else at the King Arthur have been nothing short of perfection. Our wedding day flowed so seamlessly and smoothly it was like something out of a fairytale. Our wedding co-ordinator Annelise has been amazing throughout, and we were well looked after in her capable hands on the day, whether it be an extra drink for us or a moments peace away from the beautiful chaos. Nicola looked after us in the evening and was amazing, and a seamless transition. Justin the DJ was great and had the dance floor bouncing! The food for our wedding was exceptional, and highly recommended by ourselves and our guests. The venue is just stunning, and a treat to have our wedding there. We have eaten at the King Arthur many times before and have never been disappointed at the quality of the food. It was so nice to receive so many compliments about our wedding from so many different aspects of it, from the food, to the staff, to the venue and much more. If you want the wedding of your dreams, look no further than having it at the King Arthur hotel. “Our cats stayed here over Christmas for a few days while we went to visit family and I have no complaints at all. The lady who welcomed us, I think her name was Sue, was so helpful and friendly and really made me feel at ease leaving the cats there. They were clearly taken care of very well and I would not hesitate to leave them in the care of this cattery again. Faultless service and very easy to book.”

“Large welcoming site. Clean toilet block and showers. We were delayed due to a fuel leak and arrived in the dark. The owners were brilliant, and met us at reception. The site has a restaurant/cafe that open until 9pm so we were able to eat after a long stressful day”

Really friendly staff with an efficient system from booking in to leaving. Great advice and a thorough health check for the puppies. Very happy with the whole experience”

“Myself and my daughter had to take our beloved Bonnie Star early hours of Tuesday morning to neath. Unfortunately she was so poorly she could not be saved. The vet on call Alice and the nurse who accompanied her were just out of this world. They treated bonnie with love, care and empathy and I cannot thank them enough. Our hearts are aching and in pain but I know that she is at peace and we will love her forever”
