“We had a lovely breakfast this morning, Ness was our lovely server. Quick n very friendly service. She was fantastic We came and sat in the dog friendly bar there is also a small garden area which is dog friendly too. Ness came brought stormy the dog a treat over . Our breakfasts were delicious, would definitely come back again. You can get the refillable fizzy pop and choose what you like. Don't forget to put your car registration into the screen as u come in to get your free parking. Lovely clean toilets too”

“The best roast meat and braised meat that I've eaten in UK. Very simple decor, staff may look stern and blunt but actually friendly and accomodated our requests. The soup of the day for £3 (only available on some days) tastes nice and portion size very generous. Highly recommended. Restaurant only takes cash but there is a ATM nearby”

“We came today for a Sunday Roast after a party night. AMAZING! Nice portions, good food quality. Gravy was handmade and the meat was perfectly cooked (I had pork and it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside) Vinny has been so kind to us, checking if everything was alright and being so fast on any command needed :)”

“Love this pub! It's so different. The art work on the walls is vintage style tattoos and made for interesting viewing. The beer selections were great and the IPA my husband had was top notch. Fresh, crisp and clean. The lines were clearly well maintained. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The pub clearly attracts a hugely varied clientele. The Vic is defo our go to bar when we are heading to the Alex to grab a bit of culture. What we did have to chuckle about was the a cable of gents enjoying a quiet pint and when we headed into the theatre and the show started it was the band! Which if its good enough for the performers its definitely good enough for us”

“We booked in advance for a work staff dinner. I have to say the staff were absolutely lovely and charming. Drinks came first, the mocktails are to die for! Starters were so yummy and the mains did not disappoint. We even had dessert and I would give each course 10/10. The staff told us they don’t use any ready made, only fresh and from scratch food including even the spices/masalas. Very authentic food but with a very mild spice level so it can cater for everyone. I highly recommend you visit this establishment if you are in the area and fancy a “curry”.”

“Came to the restaurant for dinner tonight, and all the dishes tasted good. My mother really likes their chili sauce and wants to buy a bottle to take away, at first the waiter said initially said it doesn't for sell to the public, but after paying the bill, the warmhearted manager BOGDAN directly gave us a bottle and no charge for it! Really appreciated for his enthusiastic and generous service!”

“Stayed here for one night late September. Staff are SO friendly and helpful, right from check-in, and also at breakfast. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, which is standard corporate style, but very smart and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and, at last, some decent temperate controls that worked really quickly. It's worth getting breakfast. The buffet selection isn't huge, but it's big enough mix and the hot food was actually hot, and very tasty. It wasn't too much extra over the standard room price, so well worth it.”

“Me and the family went for the sunday buffet and off the main menu, was greeted at the door by manager Ray and shown to our table , superb choice of food really fresh and tasty , the only downside was waited some time for our drinks and had to ask for the bill twice, but on the whole very impressed highly reccommend . We will be back soon .”

As a customer of Rozu, you are treated with care and respect by the caring, smiley staff. The food is special, detailed and tasty. The price is reasonable given this level of quality.”

“Very nice atmosphere friendly staff. Lamb chops have a very nice smokey flavour very succulent and juicy cooked to perfection. Top chef uncle arshad makes the best curries and food all over. Clean restaurent wellkept not long for the wait. Lamb bhuna was made to perfection”

“We went in for the food in the garden and wow it was amazing. The burgers are juicy and flavoursome and the fires are incredible ! The staff are friendly in the pub too and they have a good choice of drinks. The interior is stunning as they have restored a lot of the 1920’s features of the pub. It was friendly and the atmosphere was good with plenty of seating inside and out !”

“Really good and very welcoming plaice definitely a good place to take the kids foods really good and fresh not overly greasy and kids treated really well. Good eating area with plenty of room. If u not been here before I would definitely recommend that u get the kids together and take them all for a bit of lunch 1 day they will all leave really happy as mine do then there's a really good park just a couple mins walk”

“I have used this establishment many times over the past couple of years. I can honestly say that the food is consistently good and good value for money. The chicken and mushroom pies are my favourite and they are packed large pieces of chicken. The staff are friendly too so it’s worth a visit. Highly recommended”

“Outstanding customer service I normally wouldn’t start a review like that however it is the headline. They had been an incident so traffic was delayed so my wife rang ahead to say we might be a bit late it was a Friday evening when the heavens have just opened. Monsoon weather in the middle of summer. From the moment we got their you the staff was very pleasant and even delayed the closing so they could accommodate a few of the late comers on another table so if you’re ever in Birmingham I would highly recommend a visit”

“Had some food from here for the first time last night, only a simple meal some plain fries and Korean fried chicken, we were really impressed with how exceptionally nice the food tasted It was fresh clearly cooked to order piping hot and so flavoursome and tasted amazing. The fries were so crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the centre The chicken huge breast portions oozing with tasty sauce. Very impressive The server was also super polite and friendly which is a pleasant change. Will be back for more !”

“We had a lovely anniversary dinner here today with Le Petit Chef. The concept works really well and is a great way to shorten the wait between courses. The food was cooked to perfection. Especially the beef fillet was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing and made the whole experience that much better. “Our recent stay was for a family funeral. Although our mood was low due to the circumstances we were overwhelmed with how good this hotel was. We stay in many hotels around the world due to work and this was fantastic. The room was perfect, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. A huge thank you to Gerry, she made our whole stay so enjoyable. The owners should be proud of her work ethic to go the extra mile with all our questions or requests.
