“I visited a few days ago and i was having a truly awful day, running late and feeling incredibly stressed, when I decided to pop into Hello Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere shifted completely. The aroma of the coffee was intoxicating, and the cafe buzzed with a genuinely happy energy. I ordered a coffee, and Zeee, the coffee Maestro, asked how my day was going. When I mentioned I was stressed, she took the time to chat with me, giving me her full attention despite how busy they were. She then made me the most beautiful coffee with a little heart in the foam. It was such a small gesture, but it completely turned my day around. The coffee was fantastic, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Zee's kindness was the cherry on top. Hello Cafe is now officially my go-to spot. And their complimentary biscuits 10/10. Highly recommend it for a little boost on a tough day! And today again here for a coffee amazing fast service thank you”

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive, something you don’t find everywhere. A special mention goes to Daisy, our waitress, who was absolutely brilliant. She was handling multiple tables and customers with ease, like an octopus with eight arms, yet still managed to make us feel looked after. She even offered water for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, and the coffee hit the spot perfectly. We couldn’t fault anything. The atmosphere was relaxed, cosy, and dog-friendly, everything you’d want from a local café. We’d come back here a thousand times. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tamworth!”

“What a gorgeous little place! It was packed, but the staff did everything they could not to leave us standing and waiting for too long. The menu is nice and simple (less is more in a cafe!) Wonderful flavours and great drink choices. The tea was a bit of a let down, as pale as dish water even after being brewed in the pot for ages! But that wasn't a huge disaster and didn't take away from the fact that the food was delicious!”

“Was in the area for the weekend, had a sausage and egg sandwich 1 day and dined in and had a full English the second and was sadly closed (expected) on Sunday. Food sorted me right out and the service was good. No complaints other than wish I lived closer to make regular visits.”

“I had the nicest, fattest bacon sandwich. There was at least 4 rashers as apose to the 2 most places give you. It was quite possibly the best bacon sandwich I've had. The staff are welcoming and unlike a lot of the food establishments such as the 2 chippy's they accept card payments.”

“If you looking for small independent coffee shop where you can have great coffee or chocolate, please visit this place immediately! Such a friendly staff, which know what they’re doing and their passion for coffee is great. Gentleman there has 9 years experience with the coffee! You can pay with card or cash, coffee cups are so cute and adequate size, lovely coffee taste (not milky like almost everywhere), great choice of coffee beans (medium roast). “This is a relatively new establishment and every details appears to have been catered for. Very friendly staff and customers, a great menu catering for most tastes. The place was spotless and with great outdoor seating options. It was well worth the trip out and the farm shop next door has a super selection of pet foods, preserves and eggs.”
