“We’ve been using this takeaway since it opened and have always enjoyed their food. The food is fresh, hot, very tasty and excellent value for money. We get 4 meals here, which includes drinks, for £14, verses £28 at McDonald’s. The staff give exceptional service- they’re very friendly, professional and have never got our order wrong like most other places have. Keep doing what you’re doing because you do it very very well.”

Especially the beef fillet was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing and made the whole experience that much better. “Went on 14th august 22 for our 1st anniversary meal was greeted by kim who brought our meals and drinks she made our day special she was very polite and also thanks to the chef who made us a extra menu as restaurant was closed but still allowed us to have out 1st anniversary meal in main restaurant all to our selfs only had to pay for our drinks as Copthorne payed for our meals as we had our wedding hear would definitely recommend this place as food was really nice.”

“After the manager at broad street let us down, the manager at this location gave amazing customer service. Seated all 11 of us quickly by putting tables together even though it was busy. One of the garlic breads was burnt and they changed it straight away. 5 stars from me”

“Absolutely lovely vegan afternoon tea at Marco Pierre White in Birmingham. You never can trust that the vegan option is good and of course I’d expect nothing less than perfection from MPW, but this truly was delicious. The chocolate fudge cake was particularly delicious and was everything you would want from a chocolate cake. The sandwiches featured beetroot, cucumber and hummus, all served on brown bread and tasted great. I had sparkling water and an oat milk latte, and it was all very well presented with exceptional service. Aarieti (Apologies if that’s spelt incorrectly) was super friendly and polite, and I really enjoyed the experience. I didn’t have a window seat but it didn’t matter as the panoramic views were fantastic.”

“Stopped by one afternoon for an ice cream and drink, we sat outside the restaurant which was pleasant. Friendly staff and the service was great, one of the staff members was kind enough to offer my friend a glass of water while she waited for me to finish(was a very hot day).”

“Broke my fast here. Food was Halal. Even catered to my dietry requirements. Removed pork ribs and replaced with extra lamb chops on the platter. Clean interior. Helpful and polite staff. The manager was a great guy also. Definitely recommend. Will be seeing me again soon.”

“We went here for the first time, the curry goat was mild/hot very tasty and my fav Oxtail was the same and the meat just fell off the bone! The portions were good, so definatly worth a visit. Location can be a bit tricky to park, as its on the main road, don't be put off by satnav directions as it may take you to the carpark, but then you have to walk to the main road, (parking signs on wall) then walk to the restaurant 2mins and its located upstairs. You will not be disappointed!”

“Don't be fooled by the "fast food-type" items on the menu. The southern fried chicken and chips tasted SO MUCH BETTER than your usual chicken and chips from a fast food outlet. Came with a nicely dressed salad as well. Well worth it!”

For food, she went with the simple sandwich with bacon and egg, which hit the spot, while I had the 4-egg omelette loaded with salmon, cheese, and avocado generous and delicious. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. A great spot for a relaxed meal with quality service.
