“Great ambience and customer service, all staff are accommodating. Portions of the food doesn’t look big but actually quite filling. I ordered the Lamb Bhunna which has a generous portion of diced lamb, the sauce is very thick and goes well with the mushroom pulao rice. Onion bhajis are also decent.”

“I went into Maliks with a friend to check out the new breakfast menu, and I was very happy that I did. Shakshukka with home made paratha, and my friend had the curried chickpeas and potato which came with a lovely spicy pickle accompanyment, and a delightful sweet halva too. Both dishes were freshly made and were definitely worth the visit. Friendly staff, superb food. The staff are extremely helpful, and are pleased to help. Portion sizes are very good. The breakfast menu is worth the visit, so if you enjoy indian food and want to try something different, give Maliks a visit, however they also do an English breakfast too [please see picture attached for the menu]. Breakfast is served 8am - 11.30pm so this gives you plenty of time. Free car park just over the road makes visiting easy, cant praise this visit highly enough. Definitely on my regular breakfast place to eat. Not expensive either which is even better.”

“Excellent evening after visiting a nearby attraction and staying in Tamworth. Well presented business, clean and tidy. Muhammed served us for the duration and was excellent from start to finish including going the extra mile for our young children. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. “This is the best bar and grill in Birmingham. Hemant and Lakshmi are amazing members of staff who are so wonderfully brilliant. Their service and attention to detail is always second to none and they make our dining experience such a pleasure when we are here. Chef Nandalal has curated a fantastic menu as well which must be mentioned! Can’t recommend Bacaba enough, it is honestly amazing!”

“My family made a very picky and large order on a Sunday evening including vegan, vegetarian and meat curries. Not only was the whole order correct but it is by far the best Indian takeout in the area. The food was absolutely delicious and it was topped off by wonderful service. When ready, all the food was brought to my car for me and placed securely for me to get it home. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“The food is top notch, service is friendly and attentive. The lamb balti has plenty of nice big chunks of tender lamb. Be aware they garnish everything liberally with fresh coriander which isn't to everyone's taste so be sure to ask them not to if you don't like it.”

“A group of us were in from the states and searching for a pub. Little did we know, many pubs don’t serve food on Mondays. We leaned this AFTER the Uber left. Had a drink at The Dog Inn and the nice folks there suggested Saffron. So glad they did! The staff was exceptional! From the minute we walked in to saying Good Night… even helped charge my phone . “Such a lovely place to eat, celebrated my 22nd birthday with my twin sister and most of my family. Food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and polite. You are allowed your own drinks (alcohol) and we gave them some birthday cake to those who served us, was such a lovely place to go, for any one family, friends or partners or all three :) Recommended highly!”

“Very nice atmosphere friendly staff. Lamb chops have a very nice smokey flavour very succulent and juicy cooked to perfection. Top chef uncle arshad makes the best curries and food all over. Clean restaurent wellkept not long for the wait. Lamb bhuna was made to perfection”

“We went here for dinner last Saturday before a gig at the o2 Institute. Korma is my favourite curry as I like the creamy flavour, this was up there as one of the best Korma's I've ever had, so creamy and the naan was great as well. Lovely style of decor too and friendly staff. An enjoyable dinner.”
