“Amazing food! I had the scallops, then duck, and then the chocolate ganache to finish - all dishes were very delicious and cooked well. The cheese board also has a great selection of cheeses, and they give you a mountain of crackers. The staff were also lovely and attentive. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to everyone!”

Senay and Massimo work incredibly hard to ensure friendly and efficient service is given along with excellent ingredients, well portioned home made Sicilian food... and the tiramisu is the best I've ever had in an italian restaurant including in Italy! We loved our meal and will certainly be back!”

“What a gem this place is. We booked a table for our honeymoon and were treated like royalty. A front window table, and top notch service. Being Gluten Intolerant my menu had been marked specifically for my needs, and was given the utmost care and thoughtfulness. The olives to start were plump, garlicky and smokey. The food when it arrived was amazing. The ocean bream was crisp, and the samphire and saffron sauce just delicious. We literally mopped up our plates. The steak was tender, the the panne cotta and chocolate torte with poached plum just absolutely delicious. Amarelle who served us was sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. What a lovely restaurant - a must visit.”

“We went for Chew Kitchen’s burger night tonight, all created, run and cooked by Morley and his wife and team ( a lovely bunch!) - and I can honestly say they were some of the best burgers we’ve tried! Such a creative burger menu I haven’t seen anywhere else and cooked incredibly well with amazing flavours. Very reasonably priced as well!! Would highly recommend and I have also heard great things about the roast dinners here too! Next on our list to try!”

“We had a great time at Snobby's for a birthday celebration with 15 people. The owner Nick looked after us all night, alongside his friendly and helpful team. The space is tastefully styled yet relaxed and the food is just incredible! We had a selection of the whole menu which came on small sharing plates. The portions were generous and my personal highlights were the braised lamb and cured fish. Make sure you book before visiting to avoid disappointment!”

“Such a beautiful place to stay! The staff were more than welcoming and nothing was too hard. The boho room which we stayed in was immaculate with the most beautiful interior and very clean. The service was excellent with fresh towels, tea, cups and coffee every day and free refrigerated sparking water, still water and milk. The most amazing part of our stay at St Michaels was the buffet breakfast which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. Located in such a stunning area, I couldn’t recommend a place more.”

“I've been trying to get back to littlefrench for sometime, so a business trip to Bristol gave the ideal excuse to stay on and visit for lunch. The name provides a big clue as to the style of the menu and in practice it doesn't disappoint. We started by sharing some crispy pigs ears, before moving on to radish with cod's roe (simple and tasty) and scallops (beautifully cooked with a delicious sauce). For mains my partner had the lobster, which she says was pure bliss, whilst I had a fantastic flame grilled fillet, Dessert was cherry and almond tart to die for. There's an excellent range of interesting and reasonably priced wines by the glass and an extensive list if you are buying by the bottle. I'm going to need to find another reason to visit Bristol in the near future.”

The waiters display passion and dedication which I really appreciated. Sitting near the bar and watching the bartender carefully make and serve drinks was a delight. “Visited for the first time as was recommended by family and it was amazing The starters were great value with plenty of choice. Silly me forgot to take a picture of them before stuffing as smelt and looked so good. Main courses came out and were so big value for money great flavours in the lasagne the seafood lingie what can I say the flavours were out of this world very big prawns. Defently be paying another visit there and would recommend as service was great and value for money. Thank you”
