“Lovely Starbucks, light and airy with plenty of room and seating space. Staff very nice, particularly Jon, who is always so lovely and helpful whenever I come in, his smile and cheery manner brighten my day!”
“The nicest soft play for under 3/4 year olds. My kids love it. Always so clean and tidy and the perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst you can see everything the kids are doing!”
“Amazing place with amazing staff! We love going here with my son. The girls are all friendly and willing to help as much as they can, I love going in so my son can play and I always get to have a great chat with the girls too. Food is also really nice! And not over the top expensive. My son always makes friends while here and most the kids just play together and have fun. We have the unlimited pass for £16 and it is 100% worth it, its great to just take my boy any day of the week, especially when my wife goes shopping (as its inside tesco), me and the lad just go in for an hour or so while she does the shopping in peace and quiet. There is lots to do for the kids and even a section from little ones who can sit up. Music is always playing ranging from pop songs to We don't talk about Bruno, their is also a TV on with subtitles for the mums and dad who are trying to have 5 to themselves while the little ones run around the soft play.”
“Such a friendly welcome & nice place to visit, especially with your dog. We were asked straight away if the dog would like a drink & she had her own dog bowl. Would highly recommend.”
“Served a kind, interesting woman who really connected with customers, Anna. Lovely lady”
“Fantastic services. Staff are extremely helpful when placing drinks orders. Staff are helpful when having extra requests for drinks I ordered. The seating area is comfortable. Starbucks has a wide range of teas, coffees, frappuccinos and hot and cold food items. Great selection of in-store merchandise. Dog friendly and puppuccino available.”
“IKEA Restaurant offers affordable, tasty meals with a Swedish twist. Enjoy classic meatballs, salmon dishes, veggie options, and kids' meals in a coszy, family-friendly setting—perfect for a break during your furniture shopping adventure!”
“Coffi Co is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a treat. The food is absolutely delicious, the coffee is perfect, and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. The beautiful location with its stunning views makes every visit feel special. Highly recommended!”
“outstanding service. visited and a girl called Faith was very kind and helpful, great experience”
“3 shot mocha for those days when you just need a "Boost" Nothing too much trouble, clean friendly staff. You pay for what you get. More expensive than Costa, but a nicer brew! Starbucks cater for every taste , vegan lactose intolerance etc. The best coffee shop in my opinion!”
“My favorite cofee! No other options so far.”
“Very good experience in M&S cafe today. I had ordered toast & avocado, kitchen told me they had ran out of eggs (was towards end of day). Lady gave me a refund and free sandwiches for the disappointment. Excellent customer service! Thank you x”
“Was stunning. Best fish and chips in a long time”
“ASDA in Weston-super-Mare is a large, well-stocked supermarket that makes shopping quick and easy. The aisles are spacious, the selection is wide — from fresh food and bakery items to clothes and home essentials — and prices are good. The store is clean and generally well organised, and the staff are helpful when you need assistance. Plenty of parking outside, which is a plus. A reliable place for a full shop or a quick top-up.”
“We had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have specials for front line and social care workers that were really appreciated as well as vouchers for parking in the city centre. It's very conveniently located. I'd recommend having a 'do not disturb' sign as we had people knocking on the door twice in a 1 night stay. We were right by the lifts so maybe just bad luck there.”
“Probably my favourite Starbucks. Never a long way to get served. Easy access in the car. Pleasant cafe as well.”
“Happily shop here regularly and want to mention how amazing Niru and Jo are. They always help me when needed and give good Rewards advice. They've often supported me when one or both of my children aren't enjoying the shop shall we say! Niru puts a smile on my face every time I visit and is an absolute asset to the store”
“I'm leaving a five star review for the lady who served me as she made my day! I can't remember her name but she asked if I wanted my pan au Chocolat heated up and when I said no she gave me the funniest look and said really?? It made me LOL she was so apologetic as she didn't mean to come across that way but apparently I was the first person ever to say no to a warm pan au Chocolat and she found it strange!!”
“My food was warmed just right, my drink is perfect, I've just given 4/5 for atmosphere as its pretty quiet in here, yet there's very little clean tables to sit at. Lots of crockery and rubbish left everywhere. I do feel though that there could be more mention of everyone working together (customers and staff) to clear their tables before they leave. Maybe a nice looking tall wheeled trolley for dirty mugs and an arty wall sticker or picture in a frame to highlight where the recycling waste station is. Just an idea.”
“Fresh, tasty, good quality deli food, huge range of baguette/sandwich/salad options in excellent location in the heart of the Dinas village.”
“Popped in here as my friend only live down the road and I was staying in Newport for the weekend. My friend ordered an all day breakfast, she said her was lovely not greasy really nice and her red label tea was lovely. I had scone with cream and apricot and earl grey tea which was stunning and only £2.75 filed by tuna jacket potato which was delicious proper oven cooked jacket. I was hesitant coming here after reading some reviews but the food was lovely only £7.25 for mine in total and considering it’s only a supermarket cafe I was very impressed. The staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous and even got me extra salad dressing. I would definitely return and recommend”
“The best coffee outside of latin America. Great service from the people at this lovely coffee bar. Very cosmopolitan in it's style. I nearly always pick up a coffee on the way to Cardiff Uni and their house bean is much much better than Costa or Starbucks. The Food is "deli" style with lots of different choice every day. Great Cheese Melts with soup when it's cold!”
“Always a good experience, very good quality fruit and vegetables, freshly made pizza, cooked chicken, in store bakery, plenty of parking”
“I went to the pill store yesterday, go through the till I want to use my reward points wasn’t sure how to use them so the lady on the till called some young girl over. She was very rude and didn’t have a clue. I just walked away and left me stood there so they called a lady call Janet. I can’t believe how helpful she was a polite, amazing lady I told a young girl she needs to take a leaf out of this ladies book you You might learn something thank you Janet again for being so helpful”
“Really decent coffee, good prices. Tried a bannoffee muffin recently - blew me away. Really nice. Sandwiches are not bad either.”
“It's comparable to any airport Costa/chain coffee shop, so I have no comments there - it is exactly what I expected. I made the mistake of trying to carry my food and luggage to a seat and dropped it en route. The staff could have easily ignored me and let me buy another, but a server rushed over to help and bought new food over to my table, despite being only one of a few on a busy service. Good people make all the difference when things go wrong!”
“We visited Y Gegin on a Monday afternoon in December for a hot drink to warm us up at the end of our visit to St Fagans. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and there were plenty of tables available. We ordered a cappuccino and hot chocolate and were happy with the drinks and the speed of service. The staff member who served us was very friendly and helpful. They were unable to accept cash payments at the time we were visiting and there were plenty of signs to let people know this. Paying by card was very easy and straightforward, although they didn't accept American Express cards. We enjoyed our drinks and found the prices reasonable (£7.50 for the lot, which is about the same as most high street coffee chains).”
“Great staff and great surroundings. Ideal for a coffee and cake or a meal. Situated just at the top of the hill if your walking from the seafront. Borders onto the children's play park for added convenience.”
“Impressed that they asked me how many sugars I wanted in my tea and put it in themselves. I hate those little sugar sachets as I tend to need about seven. The little things are important!”
