“Had a great night's sleep here on business. The staff at reception were polite and friendly. I was greeted by an Asian gentleman on arrival. He was very busy booking guests in, but still provided great customer service. The room was clean and tidy. The beefeater next door was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Will be staying again.”

Customer service is outstanding ! Pool and jacuzzi are insane! Food is lovely cooked to perfection staff are so so friendly cleaners are On it all the time ! Best hotel in Cardiff by far ! Great location you have dominoes across the road ! Wish I could give this more than 5 stars so happy! The prices are great! Well worth the money we will be back soon”

“Good quiet budget hotel next to the water in Cardiff. Decent rooms with hairdryer, iron (and board!), kettle, decent shower. Breakfast is basic but for the price is fine. No marmite though, which I wasn't happy about. Decent sized carpark for £10 a night. Also a false fire alarm at 715 but that's not their fault - probably some idiot pushing a fire door or vaping in their room.”

“Always buy my pet supplies from here (bird seed & Treats, Frozen food for my snake and treats for my dogs all very reasonably priced.... the staff are very friendly and the shop is always full of products that are well priced. And lots of lovely well looked after animals to choose from 10/10 silver star pets ❤️”

“Really conveniently located hotel for the centre of Cardiff, with lovely desk staff who were super friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good but needed a deeper clean. The bed was comfortable and had clean linen on it. There were sockets with an extra USB A port on both sides of the bed. The car park is of a decent size but did fill up by the late evening so I would recommend checking in earlier if you're driving here. The hotel was generally very quiet, with all doors having soft closing hinges - no slamming doors! Overall, I would recommend staying here and will come back here when we are next in Central Cardiff.”

“Had a fabulous 2 night stay at this hotel. After initial hiccup (2nd floor + no lift + bad chest) this was resolved immediately and was put in a much larger closer room on the 1st floor. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating from the front desk to the cleaners to the housekeeping staff. Not modern but that suited me nicely. Brilliant location and more than value for money.”

“We booked an early check-in however our room wasn't ready due to people before checking out late, we were given complimentary hot drink and also breakfast due to late check in. Kim is an absolute treasure she couldn't do enough and was very apologetic as we were staying there for a bereavement. Would definitely stay there again as good service is rare. Thankyou again Kim”

“Michelle took great care of our two cats while we were away on holiday for a week. She fed and watered them, cleaned the litter trays, let them in and out of the house and spent time playing with them. Excellent service!”

“Frank and Narla had a two week stay with Puss in Rhoose. All of our cats medication needs were met and our two were allowed to share a suite. They had the choice of both indoor and outdoor space which they could mooch in and out of depending on their mood. Both spaces are very hygienic and the food is supplied unless like us your cat has dietary needs which Donata was happy to use our own. Thank you for looking after our moggies and I would highly recommend this place......for cats obviously.”

“Our 7 month lab as been going to doggy daycare for a number of weeks She loves socialising with other dogs and being mentally stimulated. We are going away for 3 weeks, and are totally content that she will be well looked after and having the best time of her life. Thanks to Becky and her team.”

“Great care provided, gives the animals the greatest care, when on a walk or daycare they are out 100% of the time, pays attention to how the animals responds and how they are feeling. Wouldn't trust My dog with anyone else. He loves going on group with them.”
