“I took my Anatolian sheepdog to be groomed for the very first time. Booking was really simple, the Salon was really lovely with a calm environment. The Staff were really friendly and asked many questions to understand my dog fully. When I collected her she was having a cwtch with the Staff Member and she looked and smelt amazing! I will definitely be returning.”

She loves the wonderful walks and playtime with the other day trippers and happy camper dogs, such a fantastic opportunity to socialise. Photo and video updates are lovely to receive. “Went yesterday 28/03/25 and saw the new vet with my GSD Raya. Iv kept dogs since I was 18 so numerous vets visits and the lady I saw yesterday was by far the best kindest most knowledgeable and enthusiastic vet I have ever seen. She was new to the practice but didn't get her name I'm just so thankful that I feel I have left with understanding and correct treatment plans rather than popping pills and hoping for the best until another ear infection. Thank u so much and Oxford vets she's a keeper!!! ☺️☺️”

“It’s lovely to visit Kate and Mic in their cosy new premises. They’ve been grooming our dogs for 7 or 8 years. They were amazing with Bailey right up until she left us at almost 14. She was quite a timid little dog but Kate and Michaela were able to make her feel safe and comfortable so that she would go into be groomed quite cheerfully. Now we have Betsi and they’ve been grooming her since her first puppy groom and getting her used to the dryer and clippers. They are so kind and gentle, real dog lovers and very good dog groomers too!”

“The Arcadia Coffee House is one of a kind. They serve hot buttered crumpets, which not many cafes serve. The decor is fab and original and there is a great vibe. I love their lattes, which are served with lots of whipped cream and marshmallows. Their lemon cake is to die for! Tangy, moist and delicious. Need I say more? The Arcadia is situated at the forefront of Newport Arcade, and once you have have finished your latte, there are a myriad of little shops for you to visit there - each with their their own quirky style. You are bound to find something you like. Visit The Arcadia Coffee House and the Arcade itself and you will not be disappointed.”

“Helped us out with some emergency food whilst on holiday! Great selection of foods and treats. Gave my dog a treat which she really liked and when i asked for a packet staff member kindly gave us some for tge road! Definitely be back!.”

“Room and decor throughout is very tastefully decorated. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Really good breakfast all you could want. The bed was really comfortable too. A bonus to have onside parking too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 1 or 2 night stay here. It was lovely. Well worth a stay here. Oh and only a short walk to seafront too.”

“Totally impressed with the professionalism at Crosslands, first time leaving our 3 girls together in kennels and reviewed a few before settling with Crosslands. 3 big girls with different personalities and was filled with confidence as soon as they were dropped off, staff were confident handling them and they didn’t even look back as they walked away. All have come home healthy and happy. It’s great to have the peace of mind that the girls are safe and happy whilst we are away and it’s something that has prevented us going away for a while.”

“We boarded our dog over the weekend and were quite nervous at it was his first time away from us. We couldn’t have taken him to a better place, you could tell they’ve really looked after him really well and he was very excited and looked happy when he came back. He’s not the biggest fan of kennels, but they’ve put in some work with him and they kept us updated whenever we messaged them to get any information. We’ve already booked him at Four Seasons for next month!”

“Amber has groomed our Lakeland Terrier Rufus since he was a pup, and he always looks a handsome boy when he returns :) It’s a great little set up in a purpose built shed in a private garden. Amber is a lovely friendly lady and always treats Rufus with a kind and caring nature. Highly recommended.”

“I took our Cockapoo here for her very first puppy pamper. When I have bathed her it has been torturous, so I did advise the lady in advance that she might be a handful. Imagine my surprise when I picked her up and the lady showed me a video of my pup being bathed and loving every minute of it! She looked like a big ball of fluff when I picked her up and smelt amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff who were absolutely charming and clearly love dogs. Would definitely recommend and have already booked our puppy in for her next pamper.”

“We had an absolutely amazing wedding at De Courceys! My now WIFE!.. and I highly recommend this venue. It’s not just an amazing venue, from the garden grounds, the decor inside the venue but the staff just make everything so perfect. We were never without, they helped us at every turn and couldn’t do enough for us. This included us helping set up and take everything down at the end. The food was absolutely incredible, every single guest complemented how good the food was. We had several vegan & vegetarians at our dinner & they were highly impressed. Lewis and Lucy were just incredibly warm and friendly people. They were calm and had all the answers. Lucy got us through the day smoothly. The pamper suite for the bride to be was excellent, as were all the other rooms at the venue. We honestly couldn’t think of anything negative, this place is 100% a golden choice for any future couples! Thank you to De Courceys for everything! We will treasure our wedding forever! “Always a friendly person on reception, and a calm environment. Helpful and informative and explains things to me in language I can understand (no medical jargon). My cat Loki is scared to be there, as I'm sure all pets are at the vets, but the vets are always gentle and allow him to explore the room a little. Don't have pics of the vets, but you can have pics of my boy instead, lol.”

“Have a new Labrador puppy and took it to see Angela at Parklands Dog Grooming. I was delighted with the service and our puppy had a lovely wash & blow dry & smelt delicious afterwards. It is a great set up and spotless. Angela has an amazing affinity with dogs & they sense that and in our case enjoy the experience. Can not recommend enough.”
